Found it quite easily and whilst the door lock is as sensitive as described got in ok. Room is a good size, clean and I liked the novel catering solution. Suited perfectly for my visit. Easy parking and a short stroll down to town if steep hills aren't a problem.

What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places. The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)

Roslyn House definitely comes under the description of 'Boutique'. The bedroom was beautifully decorated, with a stunning modern shower room. The room had views down to Tobermory harbour. There was a Nespresso machine and tea-making facilities. Breakfast was already provided in-room on arrival, with cereals and pastries; and there was milk, yoghurt, cheeses, charcuterie, smoked salmon and butter in the fridge. There was a bottle of prosecco in there too, though we didn't have that for breakfast. There was also a large bag of crisps and biscuits. It was more than enough. There is no reception desk. Access to the property and the bedrooms is via an entry-code. There is plenty of on-road parking outside. It's around a 10-15 minute walk into Tobermory but be warned, it's a steep path, which made us puff on the way back. There are buses that go into Tobermory and back up the hill if needed. There was an honesty bar downstairs, though we did not use this (particularly with the prosecco provided). I would definitely recommend Roslyn House as a place to stay if visiting Tobermory and the Isle of Mull.

The property is modern in outlook, with beautiful decor, (Room 2) the shower is first class. We loved the honesty bar and the continetal breakfast available in the fridge in the room. Tbe room was kept spotless Thank you so much

Det fungerede super nemt med koder til adgang. Lækker morgenmad til os i det lille køleskab og fin detalje med en honesty bar, hvor men selv kunne gå ud og købe ekstra drikkevarer. Virkelig lækkert og luksuriøst værelse, vi var helt vilde med tapetet og det rummelige badeværelse. Gode instruktioner lå klar til at læse, og selve byen og Isle of Mull var helt vildt hyggeligt! Højdepunkt på vores Skotland tur. Kan kun anbefale en bådtur for at se puffins. Parkering var på gaden, og vi havde heldigvis ikke problemer med at få plads.

Suite was beautiful. One of the nicest we've stayed in Scotland. Self-serve breakfast and snacks in our suite were delicious, ample, and restocked. Loved it. A little out of the main part of town, but it takes seconds to drive and minutes to walk.
