Shirt Factory Apartments - Large Studio (2nd flr)

I do hate rules and want you to enjoy your stay, but there are a couple of no nos.

Smokers: For smokers, please use the carpark area at the back of the building and dispose of any cigarette ends carefully.

Noise: There may be other guests staying in the apartments, so please be considerate when coming home late at night or leaving very early in the morning. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the communal hallway, stairs and car park.

Unauthorised Guests: The apartment is not to be used as a party flat - absolutely no stag or hen parties. No unauthorised guests permitted.

Security: Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked before going out.

Rubbish Disposal: When the rubbish bin is full, please remove and dispose of in the bin provided in the car park at the rear of the building.

Housekeeping: It would be appreciated if you could refrain from walking on the rug and carpets with muddy, wet shoes.

Accidents: Accidents happen and if you soil or spill something, please attempt to clean it up as you would in your own home. Do let us know if anything gets broken that may affect a future guest's stay. We can then ensure it is replaced.
