HOUSE RULES & POLICIES: 1. No Smoking or Illegal Activities: Smoking, drug use, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. A penalty of £250 will be charged if any violations are found during the check-out inspection. 2. Noise Levels: Guests must keep noise levels to a minimum at all times to respect other tenants. This includes keeping the volume of TVs and sound systems down, especially after 10 PM. 3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is possible only if there are no other guests checking out on the same day. To request an early check-in, please message us at least 24 hours in advance so we can inform our cleaners. Due to the nature of vacation rentals, cleaners work on a tight schedule. Please note that this is not a guarantee as the availability is subjected to cleaners schedule. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please return keys to the designated lockbox. Late check-out is available only if there are no new guests checking in that same day. To request late check-out, message us 24 hours before your check-out. Again, our cleaners are on a tight schedule. 4. Visitors: If you plan to have any visitors (guests not staying overnight), please let us know the total number of visitors before your stay. Any unauthorized visitors will incur a penalty of £75 per stay. 5. Overnight Guests: The number of overnight guests must match the number listed in your confirmed booking. Any unauthorized guests will incur a penalty of £75 per night. 6. Bin/Rubbish Disposal: When taking out the bins, please ensure no bin liners are left outside in the hallways or courtyard. Use the waste area located at the back of the courtyard for rubbish disposal. 7. Key Return: Please make sure keys are placed back in the lockbox and that the key safe is securely locked. 8. Respect the Property: Guests are expected to adhere to these house rules; failure to do so may result in being asked to leave without a refund or the loss of your full deposit.
