The apartment was very dirty. When I spoke to the woman I was told they could have someone come the next day to check the cleanliness, however we were checking out the next day. The water didn’t work in the shower or sinks. They knew about the problem prior to checking in and didn’t inform us. When a handyman came he fixed the shower only and told us that we would have to wait until the following day to fix the sinks, again after we would be checking out. We were told we didn’t need the sink and that we could just use the shower. The drawer in the bathroom was broken and stuck in the open position with an empty soap bottle thrown in the drawer. We did not stay the night. We requested a refund but we’re not given one. Also, we weren’t able to access the apartment until a stranger came and met us on the street corner to grant us access to the apartment. I would love to give zero stars if I could. Do not book this apartment.
