The apartment was great. We did a 3 week driving tour around the UK and stayed here on our 7th day. Having a washer/dryer was amazing. We parked St. John’s shopping centre and it was an easy 5 minute walk. Very lively area. Many places to eat and shop. Recommend.

Interesting place close to the centre of town. Our room was a 2 bed apartment with a nice living room/kitchen overlooking one of the main streets in the city. The place would easily accommodate 2 couples with 2 large bedrooms. We will likely use again.

Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available

The apartment was quiet and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Castle collection is always our 1st choice when coming to Liverpool for a stay, Its clean and close by to all the main attractions, with a sainsburys next door for any essentials, The apartment has all you need, however there was no toiletries provided on our stay this time, which is not a big issue as we always bring our own, but some hand soap would be handy to be provided. No tea or coffee but as I said there is sainsburys next door for all your bits and bobs. The apartment is clean and plenty of toilet roll and towels, the discount code they provide for dale street q park is exceptional, and very much appreciated. Our weekend parking cost £20.00 Friday to Sunday.

The Castle Collection has become our go to when we visit our favourite city Liverpool. This was our 3rd stay and was just as impressed this time as we were the 1st time, apartment is perfect for any length of stay, easy to access with the key code on entry and locate keys from key box inside matched to your apartment number. Location is amazing around a 3 min walk to mathew street where you can enjoy live music in all of the bars. short walk to the pier head to see the famous beatles statues and then along to albert dock. Plenty of restuarants nearby to suit every one. Apartment is spotless and clean and comfortable.

Absolutely stunning apartment, easy to find and access. Had everything we needed for our stay, literally the only change we'd make is that we could have done with another towel but that's all. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything, nearby amenities. Will absolutely be booking again next time we come to Liverpool!

On the day of check in an email with full check in details will be sent to the email provided upon booking. The email will have an attachment containing a code for the main door and a code to collect the keys. The email will be sent anytime up to 3:00pm on the day of check in, please look out for this. We can not guarantee early check in, however if the room is ready early we will send you your check in details confirming the room is ready. To guarantee early check in we suggest booking the room from the night before. Security Deposit – A security deposit of £150.00 is required. This charge is to cover breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. The deposit is fully refundable on check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
