To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules outlined below: . Check-in / Check-out: • Check-in time: 4pm • Check-out time: 10am • Please leave the property in a tidy condition on departure. . Pets: • One [or specify number] small dog(s) are welcome at the property. Please ensure they are kept under control at all times. • Dogs must not be left unattended in the property at any time. • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. • Please ensure dogs are kept off furniture and bedding. • We ask that dogs are not allowed to roam freely in the garden or outdoor areas unless supervised. . Children: • This property is not suitable for babies due to the property below. . Smoking: • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. . Cleanliness: • Please ensure that the property is kept clean and tidy during your stay. • We kindly request that you use the bins provided for waste disposal and separate recycling items as per local guidelines. . Furniture & Decorations: • Please respect the furniture and decor inside the property. Any damage must be reported immediately, and guests may be charged for repairs or replacements if necessary. • Dogs should not be allowed on beds or upholstered furniture. . Heating and Appliances: • Please turn off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use. • If you have any concerns or need assistance with appliances, please contact us. . Parking: • please ensure that you park in the spaces only, there is space for 5 cars in the carpark. 3 along the back. • Be considerate of other guests when parking your vehicle. . Additional Guests: • Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests must be agreed upon prior to arrival. . Damage or Loss: • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents during their stay. We ask that you report any accidental damage immediately. .
