This was a very special stay. Spacious, clean room, adorned with antiques & thoughtful details to make your stay more comfortable & enjoyable: coffee/cream/sugar set with scones/ GF biscuit, butter & jam upon arrival, chocolates not only in your room but in candy dishes on the stair landings, Epsom salts for the soaker tub, a few stairs but they will help carry luggage if you need it. Incredible breakfast-hot, made to order by your host. Absolutely delicious, served on fine china in the cozy breakfast room. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, the river Tay & numerous excellent dining options. If you are looking for a restful, unique & enjoyable experience in Perth, the Townhouse is a must stay.

David was an excellent host. Every convenience is thought of including complimentary scones and cream. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast made by David - excellent. In fact my husband commented that it was the best eggs benedict that he had ever had - and he has had a few. 😉. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation.

They honestly had the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. The room was beautiful as was the Townhouse itself. Great artworks all round the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with FANTASTIC coffee. David was a first rate host. I have never had a welcome like it. I would recommend this to anyone and the location is just superb. Thank you David and Laurent.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived when David came out to the parking area and helped as to our room with our belongings. Property is beautiful inside with wonderful attention to detail. Room was spotless, comfortable and roomy as was the bathroom. Breakfast cooked by David was tasty and fresh with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Would highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful in every way.

This was our 2nd stay after too long a break! The beautiful Georgian property was filled with curios & an eclectic mix of artwork and ornaments. Our room was spotlessly clean & spacious, with a king size bed, comfy armchairs for chilling in & filled with a curated mix of styles that worked beautifully. Arran Aromatics toiletries & large fluffy towels were in the ensuite. For our arrival, in our room, there were freshly baked scones with jam & clotted cream, mini shortbread rounds, little chocolate bars, specialist teas & coffee along with bottles of water. Sleep sprays, power chargers, night lights etc were all available. Ironing services were available if required. Satsumas and chocolate toffees were placed in crystal dishes around the property for guests to help themselves. Large umbrellas were available to borrow. There were dedicated parking spots behind the property on a quiet mews lane. The property looks onto a large park. But.. special mention needs to be made about breakfast!! David made from delicious locally sourced ingredients. All kicked off with the most delicious fruit cocktail we've ever had. David provided a personal level of service that was hugely appreciated giving tips on local walks along with restaraunts and cafes to visit. It's a very quiet city centre at night so the short walk back to the property was good. The Townhouse is perfect for an escape from busy life to relax and reset and a base for travelling around Perth & surrounding areas.

We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. The hotel is well located facing the South Inch parkland and is in easy walking distance of the city centre and the station - and it has parking if you need it. Many thanks to David and Laurent - this was a five-star experience.

What a super find in Perth. David and Laurent were very welcoming and have a beautiful house. Our room was huge and I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where everything sparkles because it's so clean. Breakfast was very good - we certainly didn't go hungry! Would love to stay again and highly recommend The Townhouse for anyone considering a stay here.
