ANAMIKA • Family Trip

I traveled to London in February for a business along with my family (husband and daughter). It was a wonderful stay. The property is good. It is cleaned with all the amenities available. No disturbance from the owner. They might block 25k per person as security in case you damage the property however we received the full refund as no damage was done. Facilities - Indian restaurant is available nearby - Rajasthan (We use to have our lunch and dinner here, highly recommended) and few other within 1 km range London Bridge in 200 m radius Tesco and Amazon fresh - Incase of grocery Tube train - Monument (300 m walk from Apartment) Overall a wonderful stay, we loved it.

I would recommend staying here again for a quick city break in london. I stayed here two nights ago and loved it! Very clean, great location and felt luxurious! Loved being so close to the shard and seeing the beautiful skyline!.

The apartment is bright and has a nice view. We had some problems with our deposit but it was delivered in the end. It wasnt as bad as other reviews. Its not exclusive but it was clean and we had everything we needed.

Very friendly staff, excellent maid service. Wonderful staff all around. We stayed in the shard view. For two months each, in flats 4 and 7. The flats were nice, but during the heat wave (very hot summer 2018 ) one fan was simply insufficient. It might be a good idea to invest in air conditioning a system with an air filter. The windows face south, so the flats can get very stuffy. The flat is basic for a short stay, it has everything you need, except an oven glove. The bed is comfortable, but the sofas are not. For a short stay, it wasnt a problem, but after a few weeks, we really noticed it. Its fine to lie down. There are many cushions, the flat interior is minimalistic with some nice decor. We would stay again, but only for a short stay of 3-10 days. The location is excellent for tourists and the inner city needs, with major tube and train stations within less than 2-12 minutes walking distance. There are many small food shops within walking distance of 3-6 minutes. A larger supermarket is close to st. Kathrine docks in waitrose, a 10minute walk past tower of london, tower bridge, and the docks or mands is next to the sky garden 5 minutes. The interior quality could be improved, i.E. I was in a basic flat, not luxurious, easy to clean if you have a pet. The wifi is provided between flats. On occasion, we had to share bandwidth, which interfered with streaming.

During my stay, i had an incredible experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic experience with breathtaking views. The customer service was incredibly helpful and exceeded my expectations.

Overall, i would still recommend them for shortterm corporate housing. The location is excellent, with easy access to transit, easy walking to many locations, and a wide variety of dining options. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and was wellkept throughout our stay. It wasnt particularly large, but i had high hopes for a tiny apartment, and it was larger than anticipated. Urban Stay left a few small necessities, but as others have noted, it would be nice to have a sponge to clean dishes and a few other small cleaning items, such as a roll of paper towels and a broom. The furniture is fine, but not outstanding. Some of our chairs had minor damage. The quantity of items is a touch sparse, for example, having more than one towel per person would have been nice because as a woman i prefer to have a body towel and a hair towel. I dont anticipate air conditioning, but as others have mentioned, the large southernfacing windows are nice for the view, but it gets very warm in the sun, and certain flats have more limited windows openings (our windows only cracked open). We purchased an additional fan, which improved it, but i believe there should have been two in the apartment, one for the bedroom and one for the living room.

Excellent location and very clean. Needs good pillows and more cupboard space. Even though I made the reservation through Expedia 30 days a head, it was very annoying to ask me one day before arrival for a deposit that needs to be paid in order to send arrival information, which was not required !

Although not a bad looking place. When the roof started leaking, I called the emergency line 8 times!! 8!! No response until I told them that there was so much water coming in that by morning they wouldn’t have a place left to rent!! Breakers were popping! No lights in the kitchen! Water pouring in from the ceiling fixtures! Above us alarms were going off like world war 3!!! Still not a text or phone call! NOTHING!!

The pictures of the kitchen and livingroom was not from the apartement we got. The pictures shown were a very big reason why we choose that accommodation. The apartemnt we got wasn't worth that much money. There where no coffeemaker as promised and the legs on the kitchen table where loose it almost fell apart. The location was perfect, cloose to London bridge station and the Metro and shops to buy food.

This apartment hotel is right on a busy street. Since the unit is not air conditioned, traffic noise is constant and unrelenting. Urban View is under professional management but staff were not courteous or helpful during checkout. Check in was pleasant, but staff did not allow early check in. Although I was told early check in was not an option, I did not get a 30-minute extension of my checkout when I requested it. Cleaning person came promptly at 10.59 AM. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. Much better options at the same price.
