Great property, we stayed in the elite apartment which is stunning! Great space for a couple. Perfect location, great tv, good amenities and the cleaning staff were so friendly! It’s perfect for a short stay however the building could do with some soundproofing - you can hear through the walls which isn’t too bad however we had a particularly loud all male stag/party stay at the same time so ringing our flat bell at 5am wasn’t great!

Good room with kitchen area all to a high quality. On site parking available (and necessary as on road parking in Clifton is a nightmare). Parking bays are a bit small though.

Ideal for my needs. I as staying as part of a long term work project in and around the centre of Bristol. This location was excellent in that we could walk to our intended work places. The building feels safe and secure to be and leave kit we I didn’t use. It was quiet despite the seagulls at 04:00 ! The room was in generally good condition but a small amount of mould in the bathroom and shower. The room also needs a fraught excluder on the door to stop light from the hall. Please supply thinner duvet during summer. Apart from that “I will be back”

Location is very good. Apartment is clean. But it’s a studio flat. It was noisy during our stay. The laundry room had only 1 washing machine and hence it was always busy.

Fantastic location. Room was all we wanted. However although had tea and coffee making facilities, 2 coffee bags between the people just was not enough... I couldn't even have my morning cup of tea.. Its the little things that make a stay and the first time I've stayed somewhere where there has not been excess tea and coffee..or indeed here no tea 🙁. Other than that a very comfortable stay and I will consider using again, but I'll be bringing my own tea and coffee. 😊

The heating wasn’t working. Apartment was cold. There was a very strong smell of garlic throughout apartment. Cobwebs in bathroom. Toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Pillows smelly(like feet) Very noisey at night from upstairs. We were in basement
