The place. Was nice and the area was nice. My biggest issue was the main bed. It was so uncomfortable. My back hurt every morning

My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager.

The setting is most charming with incredible mountain scenery. The complex is compact allowing a short walk to any of the amenities. The staff at the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back and will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent in all aspects, plenty of heat with the temperatures outside dropping to -1°F Fahrenheit on the morning of departure. The room had a beautiful fireplace.

First time in this area. Great, centrally located property with lots of restaurants, shops, slopes, in your backyard, even a Starbucks :). We were surprised to find a kitchenette loaded with coffee pot, utensils, tea kettle, plates/cups, refrigerator, microwave and beyond. All of this came in handy :). Appreciated the ease of check-in, pulled in dropped off our stuff and were able to immediately occupy our room and explore the area.

The hotel location was amazing! Right on the slopes! Right in the middle of the village, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store. The room included a kitchen with full size stove, a fireplace and balcony. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a blast skiing and it was wonderful being able to step out the side door and literally be on the slopes. Our fireplace in our room didn't work at first and we called maintenance and they came to fix it but it then stopped again. I did not call again so we never used it the rest of the trip.

My husband and I took our 2 1/2 year old grandson for a 2 night stay. He had an awesome time. It was a little chilly but that was ok because the indoor/outdoor pool was heated and that's where he wanted to be. The chair lift was a big hit too! There are so many activities available for older kids that we can't wait to bring him again.
