Our stay was comfortable and quiet even though there were many families staying in the hotel. The room was clean. We did not use the pool but it did look packed every day we walked by it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The walls are very thin. Not the hotel’s fault, but kids running up and down the hauls and being loud in their parents room late into the evening and then next morning we’re not fun for tired travelers.

The reception staff were very helpful and extremely polite. Things were a little older, but everything worked fine. The beds were comfortable, and everyone went out of their way to make sure you had everything that you needed. Especially the girl on the front desk she was exceptional.

For me, my son, and dog traveling and stopped a couple days. The staff were unbelievably kind, and helpful. It was clean. My dog wasn't treated as a nuisance but as an actual guest!! That right there meant more to me than anything. This was our first time traveling with our dog. This place made that experience perfect! Fenced in area for dogs to be, they give you treats and poop bags, and a tag for your door. The only complaints I have aren't really complaints, just suggestions.. 1. The coffee in the breakfast and common area is absolutely awful. The single packets in the room are good though. 2. No garbage cans in parking lot. We are traveling. We have garbage, also a dog that poops. I don't like throwing poop away at the front door. 3. The luggage carts 👎👎👎 They are cute, fit the decor, but are heavy, bulky, and DO NOT function well. Ditch them and get light ones that actually move properly. I absolutely hate searching for garbage cans. For poop or garbage. I thought this was perfect for us. Comfortable 😊 and happy.
