This resort is close to all the stores and restaurants in Estes Park. The location was amazing for us, especially the view from our window of Long Peak, which was very important to our two breakers who reached the top in 1992. The condo was spotless, wellequipped, and quick to reach Rmnpestes park. The absence of a front desk was worrying, but we did receive an acceptable response when we called the phone number. That was a vital aspect of our stay because..... On our first night, some unit equipment kicked in with loud banging and noise, waking us up. Although the resort did investigate, it was unable to recreate it. Unfortunately, on both of our two-day stay, we were unable to sleep after 200 am. The black canyon inn did resolve the issue, which we requested. We appreciated that, and our rating would have been five stars if it hadn't been for the noise issue. Given its wonderful setting and prime location, we would wholeheartedly suggest and would most certainly return to this facility.

A wedding at the Black Canyon Inn recently caught our attention, and we decided to hire a two-bedroom condo for the weekend. The wedding venue was absolutely fantastic. Fantastic views, wonderful ambiance, excellent cuisine, and a very vibrant wait staff. That cheerful and hard-working person receives four stars! Everyone had a wonderful experience. Our accommodations were lovely, the condo was clean, well-appointed, and quite cozy. The stunning setting is reflected in the grounds' architecture. The mountains were viewed from almost every window. We had a minor issue in one of the rooms, which was quickly resolved. Also, four stars to the reception workers. We encountered a lot of polite and experienced competence. I heartily endorse this location 100, and I anticipate returning in the near future for a much longer stay.

We had an unexpected crisis during the night when our condo was no longer available. Even though we were disappointed, management let us get our two suite rooms for the night that were really lovely and refunded our condo rate. The grounds are stunning, and we did watch a family of elk from our balcony. We also used the pool and had a great time. Will definitely be back!.

This place was in a good place to get away, even though the place looks like spring rather than summer. This place has a good garden and condo. There is a nice view of the mountains surrounding it. We went out there and had elk and deer roaming through the grounds, so there was also wildlife.

The inn is beautiful but some of the staff are quite rude. I recommend staying here for the location and the wedding venue is great, but don't expect accommodations or to be able to ask questions without interruption or any real explanation.
