Awesome location. Walking distance to all monuments and memorials! The front desk staff were simply amazing and so friendly at holding our luggage before and after check-in/out process. 10 minute uber to airport. Old Ebbitt Grill was down the street which is the most popular of the restaurants.

Great place. Great location. Very Clean. Checking in was a hair challenging, perhaps a call or text prior to check-in would mitigate minor confusions. Overall, very pleased.

The 1 bedroom apt was huge. A lot of windows, very inviting. Washer, dryer, sofa bed. PH has a nice lounge area. The rooftop had incredible views of DC especially the Wash Monument. Blocks away from the White House. Can't beat this location!

Absolutely loved apartment 702. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Modern, clean, had everything we needed. No housekeeping but it's like VRBO (expect cleaning fee). Secure building with tons of things around to walk to. Great location. Just a block from White House. Nice roof top with great view. Highly recommend and will stay there for sure next time I am in DC and need to be in that area.

Everything was nice, the staff was great. The room was not the cleanest, we found open chips in the cabinet, chip crumbs on the floor, a couple of dirty towels and a shock under the table.

The apartment is ina great location. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and ipdated. But some areas of the building, especially the hallways needs updating. Check in and check out were easy and pain free. Staff were courteous and helpful. Lots of restaurant options around the building, especially for breakfast and lunch. Wasy wall to White House and attractions.

You are literally the next door neighbor to the White House and the Treasure Department. Parking is in the same building with a reasonable price. It is large unit with kitchen in a high-end and quiet Condo building. However, the cleaning fee is $75 per day and the charge is not clearly listed when I booked the unit online. The clean crew will do the cleaning only after you left.

I wrote what was wrong and what was ok, but apparently it was not uploaded... Then to make it short: 1. Check in process- disaster - they didn't even know we were coming. Despite that, during our stay no contact from Bluebird Suites whatsoever. 2. Parking fee - 28$ instead of 25$ as in appartment info. 3. Not prepared appartment - carpets not vacuumed - crumbs on the carpets, towels in the closet in foil wraps instead of in the bathrooms. 4. Worn out, squeaky beds - on one bed there are 2 additional thin materaces as the main one is totally worn out. After 2 nights my back is sore and I am afraid of the 3rd one... 5. Bright sides - very good location, spacious appartment, good building facilities- gym, rooftop terrace. Generally- I don't recommend.

I’m not the type to write bad review but I’m trying to save a life. The only thing I can say about this place is that it’s clean. It’s false advertisement. It was advertised as 2 Queen sized beds and when I got there it was a Full size and 2 Twins. Which 1 was hard as rocks. I immediately called and was told their is nothing they can do and to push the beds together. I had high hopes staying here. It was very misleading! Completely wasted my money. Never again.

Everything was bad, not only were thing broken in my room it was very dirty. I had to leave and i wasn’t given any refund. I’m not going to book with you again because you put up bad rentals and nobody has responsibilities to check and to make them reliable
