I was impressed, not bad for the price. The unit looked actually how it was represented. There was a damage deposit fee, but it’s refundable. I will ask my company to booked the same location and unit.

This spot is so well kept and beautiful inside! Has a lovely outdoor seating area, 3 large bedrooms, and plenty of space. The 2 apartments made it nice to have a choice of where we stayed! Would stay again!

Super cute property, very quiet. Loved that we booked a 3 bedroom not knowing it was 2 different apartments! Having 2 single people and one couple worked perfectly! Single people took the upstairs 2 bedroom while my husband and i got the one bedroom downstairs. We only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again for our next trip to philly! Very clean and smelled amazing! Beds in 2 bedroom were super comfy downstairs apartment could use a different mattress but we slept like babies as this was the laat night of our week long trip.

Location, neighborhood, and property layout was nice. The only "issue" I had was your concept of a futon was off. Should've been a pull out couch or unfold futon. Wasn't comfortable. One of the beds was "sunken" in. And the futon should be placed in the first floor unit. That way you have 2 beds downstairs and 2 beds upstars. Instead its 3 beds upstairs and 1 bed down stairs. Be great property and layout. I loved the amenities! Just a little more improvements.

We rented the 1BR and 2BR for a quick stay. Both were super clean and were aesthetically pleasing. All the mattresses were saggy and very uncomfortable. There were enough TVs in both units BUT there was NOT a single remote to operate any of them.

The property was reasonable. A couple of things: 1. The owner said that the property could accommodate 8 people. However, we could only find 3 queen-sized beds. There was also an air mattress, but we could find no sheets. 2. The ceiling leaked in the downstairs lobby of the 2-bedroom apartment. This was after a day when it rained constantly.

The room is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location, accessible to the major routes and highway. The room was quiet; however, needed some essentials. Particularly a dustbin, a broom, a dustpan in the room itself, and all cookware, dishes, or utensils in the shared kitchen space. The room description states there is a stovetop however; this should not be listed. The room only offers a minifridge. There is access to a shared kitchen however, again nothing else. There is no laundry or access to a laundry. With no cleaning supplies given they may also try to impose the high cleaning fee during your stay. You also have to call to take out trash because no one regularly cleans. Finally, while the bed and bathroom are comfortable, the basement room itself is still kind of muggy with no humidifier even as you keep to the specific temp requirement. The whole area downstairs still smells like a basement. Overall, the stay was less than expected however, the closet and en-suite bathroom was a nice space and the room itself at least looked nice.

Clean and updated property/recently renovated. It was in a quiet neighborhood, hotel-style room in a house. I like the updated amenities. Our room was in the basement floor so we had one very small window, so limited sunlight it felt a little like a dungeon. Especially with only the harsh lights overhead for lighting. The sliding door to the bathroom leaves large gaps on both sides so privacy is non-existent, so be aware if you’re going with a new partner/friend. There is NO WiFi. They let me know upon check in and said there was a “trial” WiFi we could connect to but there was none available. There is an TV but impossible to watch the Roku TV as there was no wifi, and barely cell service so be prepared. Overall the cost for the stay was very reasonable so I’d consider staying again if in a pinch, just don’t expect creature comforts here.

I would not consider this a hotel. It is a modified room in the basement of a home. Entrance is through the homes foyer. There was no proper coffee maker. Once I arrived I was sent very restrictive rules, to include quiet hours.
