The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again.

It was a lot to get everything together but once you do the process once you get there it’s super easy and convenient. Just pick you your keys and enjoy your place. Has everything you need this was great location. Short walks to stadiums and to restaurants

while the room was clean and had everything i needed, there were some small things that could have been better and this is my opinion so it might not be what happens to you... while in the shower i tried to use the provided body wash but the plunger on the bottle was basically jammed and the liquid soap came out from under the cap

I loved the fact that the room had kitchen and washer/dryer. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Check in instructions precise. Walking distance to many things. However, I would hesitate to stay here again due to 2 things. #1 the upstairs neighbor was stomping or running from 11pm until 4am and it was SO LOUD and THE PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE!!! I got 3 tickets, one was for missing paying the meter by five minutes. I was constantly having anxiety due to the parking situation and had to set my alarm to wake up super early every single morning, so I could pay the meter before they came to give tickets. FYI meter hours are 7am to 11pm Indianapolis location

It was exactly what we needed and very clean. Check in and check out went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay! Parking was the only inconvenience to us because we had to walk with all of our belongings across the street.

It was small and nice. For a short stay it’s perfect. But anything longer I would suggest somewhere else. If you are traveling alone it doesn’t get any better than this. Perfect location near downtown.

I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again.

Stayed here two nights for the Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium. Property is beautiful, great communication with property management, within 20 minutes walk to Lucas Oil and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. only complaints I would have is the handle to turn the shower on was very loose, tough to get the right temp. The tub drain was also clogged, so showering in standing water was less than desirable. Some of the silverware also appeared to not be washed. Overall I would probably stay again, but would like the amenities to be in adequate condition next time.

The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. The number code didn’t work because they don’t tell you about punching in * after your code number, to get into the entrance. It took nearly two and a half hours to finally get in. Also, you must park in the street and pay a meter, preferably by using a specific app. You can’t use the parking garage unless you are living there. Even with all that figured out, the sensory keys and codes didn’t always unlock the main door. I had to find another entrance at times, as did others there. The digital key storage box didn’t function properly at first. The roads around the place are a mess and confusing due to closed roads and construction. It was very confusing to navigate out of the area to get back on the interstate. All of this made the trip very stressful, rather than enjoyable. I suggest staying a bit outside of the city in a regular hotel, especially if you aren’t familiar with the city life. The only good was the easy drive to get to Gainbridge Fieldhouse to see the Fever games and the room was nice.

I have requested a full refund from cozy suites. My stay started off horribly as I was not able to access my room at all via the cozy suite system. The key cubby thing was broken. As you may be aware, this isn’t a real hotel, they are rented out apartments that cozy suites treats like an Airbnb. There is no one on site to deal with no help other than through your cell phone. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get a key foband at that point I only had one because of the on-site employee not associated with cozy suites. He was a grid employee who went out of his way to be helpful because he could tell we were not going to get access to a room via the cozy suites process. Once I was in the room, the disappointment continued. The gross disgusting, college dorm like setting was underwhelming at best. There was a stained futon in the middle of a room that slid around on the crappy plastic floors. There was no hairdryer in the room. There was basically a mattress on a boxspring on the floor. No nightstand to be seen. I’m sure this is a cost-effective way to make money for cozy suites, but the entire experience and the actual accommodations were terrible. I cannot believe I paid over $200 for this experience. I think the most upsetting issues were it is an unsafe process. I was essentially locked in a hallway with no way out trying to get my key out of a wall mounted unit for over an hour. I was not able to get back into the building or exit the building as the doors were loc
