Clean big room with 2 queen bed.staff was welcoming.great think tea/coffee was there anytime. Breakfast was included but didnt like so didnt had.yes parking was free ovarall.great location & comfy

The staff at this very clean, very safe Motel are excellent. They are happy to help you and are full of great information. The whole facility is super clean. Breakfast is basic; cereals, fruit, juice, milk, and bagels. The Metro train is a nice 10 minute walk through a very safe, upscale neighborhood. We felt safe even later at night. There were no shady characters. The Capitol Mall is 25 minutes my the Metro train. There are several nice restuarants right around the corner. Ask at the desk. Also Ballston is one stop away on your return from DC. It is full of great places to eat near the Metro Station. They also have a nice Tarrget. We loved our stay

Good value in a safe and upscale neighborhood! Room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered as well! Metro is a moderate walk, but parking is available at the station if walking is not desired. Manager was very helpful and attentive upon check-in. He showed us the path to the Metro and suggested where to get snacks as there is no vending in the hotel.

I have nothing bad to say. It's easily accessible, the staff is very friendly. The room was exactly what I needed. The shower was hot, wifi worked great, tv was fine, beds are firm just the way I like it. I didn't eat the breakfast because I'm lactose intolerant but it's five kinds of cereal with milk some bagels and cream cheese and fruit. Something quick and simple to start the day off exploring Arlington and washington d.c.

An older property but very well kept and room was very clean. Great location if ur going to use the metro, and close enough to walk to downtown falls church for access to restaurants. Just FYI it’s a 2-story building and there’s no elevator. Breakfast is very basic and is staged in lobby area…cereal & milk, bagels sealed in plastic, sealed plastic juices, and apples or bananas. Couldn’t find the coffee. Would be nice if there was a microwave avail, either at bfast or in room. But very impressed that all furnishings were in excellent condition.

Everyone was very good and there are many restaurants just 5 minutes away and it is also just a short walk to the metro. Room was clean and economical, continental breakfast in the lobby, good parking, and a very welcoming staff. This was our second visit and we recommend this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Free parking, walking distance to the Metro to get into DC, free breakfast offerings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great option for a lower budget price range. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
