I stay here regularly for business. It's clean, the staff are all very nice. Great water pressure and the TV always works. The fridge and microwave are nice. I've stayed all over Scranton. This has everything I want and nothing I dont. I don't like the vast majority of "complimentary" breakfasts that just jack up the price of a room by 20-30 dollars. This place is the cheapest in town and by far the best value. It's convienent to town and 81. It's always my first choice.

Although the motel was off the main highway and a little hard to find by sight, the GPS unit got us right to the front door. The motel was very clean and the continental breakfast was very filling with plenty of tables in the breakfast area.

It's was good. I'll be back, my party stayed at the OYO hotel, the day before, and let me tell ya, I have no clue how management there even gets an occupancy permit for that place. Take my word it travelers, don't book there. I booked a suite, incredibly small, receptacles not working, no even small kitchen area had a microwave which couldn't be used. Dirty inside, and the plug for it didn't have power. Toilet was clogged upon arrival, took nearly 4 hours for maintenance to arrive, pipes under bath sink leaked, room Incredibly old. Felt like we were staying in a 100 year old mobile home. No cellular service , if you have Verizon. Extremely slow to no wifi I had booked two days there, booking was cancelled later that night, still waiting for a partial refund. Checked out next day. We couldnt stay there any longer. Way to frustrating and aggravating. Advise----Stay elsewhere. Especially if your like me, and on the job for crazy hours and shifts. Your going to be way too tired to put up with that property.

Room was clean, warm and quiet, so great for overnight stay. Sheets were stained and fridge did not work, but overall clean and comfortable for sleeping. Staff was polite and friendly and breakfast was good.

The hotel was okay, easy access to highway for our day trips we took. The hall way did have a strong smell to it and when I left house keeping a message to leave us extra bedding and pillows it was completely ignored. . . we made due but could of been more comfortable with the extra bedding. Loved the pool that was right outside our room. . .my daughter swarm for hours!!!!!

Good value for rate paid although hotel location is very isolated (can't change that) - staff is friendly, good selection for complimentary breakfast, easy check-in, check-out process. Parking lot is poorly lit and in bad shape but at these rates - not a problem. :-)

It was easy to find and not far from several eating places. the room was spacious and had lots of amenities. I especially loved the idea that when you walked into the bathroom, a sensor turned on the light and fan. No fumbling in the dark. I had read a lot of bad reviews, but I was pleased with everything. They were doing a lot of cleaning while we were there.
