Excelente ubicación cerca de UCLA, hay tiendas de autoservicio a pocos pasos, el departamento es muy cómodo para una familia de 4 personas.

Great space, and great location. Clean and spacious. Could not get the TV to work - needed a SlingTV account, apparently. When I reached out to request assistance, I did not get the help I needed. No response at all to second and third requests. I mean, no response to email or texts after the first, insufficient, response. Wanted to watch a college bowl game, and couldn’t. Somewhat minor, but them not responding to a direct request for additional help - rude, considering the $$ they were getting from me.

Had an issue checking in, waited 1 hour for the manager to show up to hand us key. Tunred out the website listed incorrect phone numbers which prevented us to get in touch with the manager. However, the stay was good overall. Comfortable, great location, closed to the hospital, where we needed to be, decent cleanliness.

The apartment was great and the service was great. Wonderful spa/workout area. Convenient restaurant shopping and close to UCLA hospital. Added fees was a disappointment.

Directions: At no point did the owner explain there are two buildings with entrances on different streets and your room may be in either one of the buildings. You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and parking space all were located. Access to building: Since the doors don't have access codes and access fob is initially in the unlocked apartment, we had no way to enter and couldn't get into the building until the garage attendant helped us. Owner provided cell number but we were after check-in time so not available to call. It would have been helpful to communicate that if not able to check-in before 10pm garage attendant will let you in. Apartment: The apartment overall was nice but lacked a few items. One major issue was that there were only 4 large towels.. no wash clothes, hand towels, bath matte or kitchen towels. Windows had basic blinds but didn't close all the way so plenty of the light from the alley came into room and additional drapes would be very helpful. Kitchen table... have you sat in that, not very comfortable although I understand how you would like it as it saves in space. Water kept leaking from the showers onto the bathroom floor so with already limited towels and not bath matte, water would run across the floor and had to use paper towels. Trucks would often park in alley in the middle of the night waking us up... likely due to Target delivery and waiting to open in the morning. Overall: I will be rating this a 3 simply due to prox location to everything and hospital and after looking past the issues overall apartment was nice, clean and updated. I would simply take the feedback and improve on directions provided to customers and address the items I listed for a more successful customer experience. Thank you

The location is great and the property is really nice. The pool is a big plus. The unit is very nice, with the exception of the microwave that had a handle falling off and the fan for the stove doesn't really do much so we kept setting off the fire alarm every time we used the stove top or the oven. More than one key and over towel per person would also be helpful. The check in process doesn't work. The listing implies a lobby with a building manager, but the address takes you to the vehicle garage entrance (that is manned). The attendant said there is no lobby. You drive into the garage but then there is no way to get into the building to get the keys to the unit. So you have to walk back up the vehicle ramp with all your stuff and get the garage attendant to let you in the building, but he doesn't have access beyond a small foyer so still stuck until someone who actually lives there comes or goes and happens to be nice enough to let you in. Once we got the key to the building and just stopped trying to cook anything, the rest of our stay was great.

Fabulous apartment in a great location BUT it was filthy. We had to wash the towels before we could use them. There was Cockroach droppings in the drawer. Dusty, dirty and grime on the kitchen bench. No bottle opener to drown out our frustration. No kitchen cloth to clean. Towels old and frayed. Beds comfortable and apartment very spacious and quite. Such a shame as it could be so good.

There’s was no coffee or tea, but a coffee maker. There was one towel for each person on the foot of each bed. Two hand towels for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms? There isn’t one key even when rented to 4 adults. The lock barely functioned. Nice place, but a little attention to detail is needed. This is an apartment, but if on hotels.com needs to do the basic details like coffee, soap, extra pillowcases for the extra pillows, and better listing of amenities.

Slot of phone calls to have someone meet me there. No soap in bathrooms. No sheet or blanket, just fitted sheet and comforter. Hot! Beautiful place but fees cost me as much as a night.

They gaveus erroneus parking information & the parking spot did not exist (we spent an hour looking for it and had to park on the street). No electricty in the master bedroom & the sheets we old and dirty. Not worth it at all for what we paid.

This is not a hotel! There was no one there when we went to check in and the security guard would not let us into the building. We called the number and a man came. He was not able to get into the building. We spent the next 30 minutes with him trying to get into the building, including having to get into his car so he could drive us into an underground garage. Once we finally got into the room, he dropped the keys and left. He gave us the wrong key so we were locked out later and had to call him to return to bring the correct key. Due to the shady nature of this check-in, we felt unsafe and decided not to stay a second night. The company refused to refund us for that night. Yes, this may be a 'non-refundable' booking, but considering the challenges checking in & false advertising - a refund should have been given. I do not recommend staying here and this property should not be listed on a hotel website.

Buena distribución del apartamento pero el olor a humedad era insoportable, mal mantenido , no tiene el huésped posibilidad de hablar personalmente con alguien a cargo , nadie da información al huésped de las instalaciones del condominio. Por una hora estuvimos buscando el gym porque nadie te asesora. El parqueadeo asignado fue invadido por otro vehículo y nadie de la administración soluciono. Expedia jamas me informo del check out a las 11am y en forma muy descortes nos hicieron desocupar la unidad o si no seriamos cargados con late check out.
