The double rooms are great, and this hotel is in a good location. The double bedrooms are fantastic. We stopped at this motel because it was home to the usa water polo junior olympics. The hotel staff made a three-time reservation for the hotel for this evening, compelled us to return to the front desk each time because our keys to the room weren't working. They insisted our reservation was for one night and checked us out, prompting us to return to the front desk on multiple occasions, while locking our stuff inside. We returned to the front desk each time, leaving family members outside in 106 degrees of heat, to inquire about the issue, to be informed that the reservation was for one night and that the keys needed to be updated. Even after showing our reservation email every time, we were informed that the reservation was for one night and was not on file. We checked into the second accommodation we had reserved, and several hours later, gave the keys to the family. When they entered the room, there was a crew painting. I returned to the front desk and was informed that the room was enjoying improvement. Wait. Three hours after we checked in, a team was assigned to paint? The front desk employee saw nothing wrong with this and claimed that our stay would look more appealing. Be prepared for some employee incompetence and many trips to the front desk to have a key issue

The double suite with two separate rooms, three beds, and a pull-out sofa was perfect for our familys needs. The furnishings, linens, showers, and appliances were very nice, better than other extended-stay suites weve stayed in. The pool looked quite clean but we were unable to use it on this trip. Even though the website still states it is prepared in togo containers only. Breakfast choices were just OK, and the coffee was awful. Parking was $7 per day. They have an amazing feature allowing you to text any request you have while you are staying. I tried using it for housekeeping on day 4 of our stay and finally it didnt get done. The person texting wanted us to confirm if housekeeping wasnt done and that theyd be there until 11 pm, even though I had already stated we wouldnt be back until late and had no way to confirm. It would be a wonderful feature if the staff took the initiative to do the task as requested without placing the responsibility back on the guess to ensure it was completed.

Although convenient, the hotel hasn't been updated in many years. The water pipe in the bathroom produced noise, which was never resolved during our five days there. Breakfast and coffee were stopped before sunrise. The majority of hotels have service until ten and serve coffee every day.

The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of some facelift. The staff are kind, the breakfast is most high carbs and high fat, it is very busy. The singing suite in room 813 had a horribly broken cable to it and a broken kitchen.

I am very much satisfied with this place. The quality is good especially with the food, people, and atmosphere, but as the years go by, this place is not suitable for renting.
