I didn’t have access to the balcony or the pool, and I wasn't notified before my stay that I wouldn't have access. The host did not try to accommodate this after check-in.

This isn’t the hotel. It’s apartments. Check in at front desk is horrible and they are not willing to help out. Contact with the host/ renter is ok. We had booked an ocean view with two bathrooms. We checked in looking at buildings and only one bath. I would stay in this location again but with the hotel side. Good location if you are going a cruise or going to a Heat game but thats it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. PICTURES ARE INACCURATE. THE PLACE IS DIRTY. WINDOWS ARE COVER with plastic film, decks are not accessible, random labourer jump onto the deck unannounced from the outside scaffolding. Amenities are limited and vefy limited hours of operation. NO POOL even though they are in the pictures. View is blocked from thd film and NO ACCESS to decks. Furniture is broken, in fact drawers are SCREWED CLOSED. PLUS delayed response from hosts. Cleaners banging on the door prior to chdckoit. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT STAY OR USE VOILA. ITS VOILA- YOUR MONEY DISAPPEARS. From what ilearned, the renovations will be a few more years.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the unit was not as clean as expected, some of the furniture appeared damaged/broken, and there was ongoing construction that was not disclosed in the listing. The windows were also covered in plastic, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere and comfort of the stay. This was booked as a vacation stay, and the property did not match the expectations set by the photos and description. Due to the condition of the unit, I did not feel comfortable remaining there and ultimately checked out early and booked other accommodations. Communication regarding this process also delayed. The location itself was convenient, but overall the experience did not meet expectations.

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISLEAD LIKE I JUST WAS!! I booked this condo for 4/2/26 – 4/6/26 and ended up not even staying at all due to major undisclosed issues. The first one being that the whole building is under construction on that side so the balcony door is wedged shut and completely unusable as well as every window was covered in a white film so you cannot enjoy the view the images show this unit to promise! The current condition of it being under construction was NOT mentioned anywhere in the listing and if it was, I would have NEVER BOOKED IT! I then had the absolute pleasure to spent 4+ hours (after driving 15hrs) trying to resolve the situation through the front desk, Expedia & text messages to the owner, who chose to completely IGNORE all attempts of everyone trying to contact him! Save yourself the headache booking this! The owner doesn’t care & only wants to steal your money! In fact, run FAR AWAY from anything by “Voila Rentals” if you value honesty, transparency & accuracy! In my photos, what’s circled is the wooden wedge that kept the balcony door shut. The arrows point to the film that’s all over the windows and it’s EVERY WINDOW IN THE UNIT! The other photo I attached is the building that’s in front of you that has film all over it so you can see what I mean! (I was able to take these from my new hotels balcony!)

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY. Units are old and worn down. They do NOT match the photos at all. The balcony and pool areas are all under construction and off limits which is not mentioned in the description. They put us in a completely different room than the one we booked. I contacted the property managers to see what can be done and they failed to respond. AVOID

Balcony under construction without being disclosed before you book. They put me in a different unit that the one I booked! Also if you are expecting a view dont think about it. Wall scuffs, bad furniture, bad support. Horrible experience.
