Our stay was amazing! We received great customer service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need for a stay. We also brought food to make and enjoyed using the grill. The front desk was always helpful. This is a great place to bring family and escape the valley heat. We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place. Very comfortable, staff is great, amenities great. No big deal but, we should have brought our own coffee for the beautiful patio, we know hotel coffee sucks...hehe. super great coffee at common grounds in Payson.

The front desk receptionist Abby was very kind and gave my son a stuffed bear and allowed check out at 11am even though I didn't ask for it. This place has wonderful staff.

The venue was beautiful. It has a lot to offer for all ages, including a small playground, large chess set, basketball courts, tennis courts, a pool table inside the saloon and of course the very large pool. Now I have to plan my next stay for additional days just to take advantage of all the amenities!

The room was spacious and very clean. It even had a table with chairs for dining, toaster, microwave and good sized fridge. The grounds are fantastic and well-maintained. I didn't have a chance to use the pool/spa, but the area was clean and orderly. Fish fry was great and all of the available games in and outdoors were well set up. You get a lot of bang for your buck with just a standard king room.

The property is very clean and will maintained.. The family really enjoyed all the amenities, pickleball, volleyball and of course the pool and hot tub... we can't wait until our next family vacation here at Kohl's Ranch... The views from your cabins are just breathtaking..

This was our first time staying in the area and Kohl’s Ranch was the best part of our stay. The staff was all kindness and so helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good and made it easy to just stay there and eat and we didn’t feel the need to find a place for meals. Our room was poolside and we loved it! Highly recommend Kohl’s Ranch for anyone looking for a place to take a long weekend or even a family reunion.

Great historical resort with a "old timer" vibe. Nothing flashy but clean and well maintained.

I thought my mattress was a little to firm, I contacted the front desk a.d Abby was VERY accommodating, she got me immediately switched to a new room. She sent over Angel from housekeeping, he was very friendly and walked me to the new room. Mattress was amazing and I slept like a log. Thanks Abby for your immediate attention. James A.
