For a very basic stay this was great. It met our needs for the price and neither my friend nor I had any complaints. I guess if I was to complain it’s that we needed another plug on the nightstand for a CPAP, but we made it work. This is an older motel, probably built in the Route 66 heyday. That being said, it’s a solid structure that’s been recently renovated and felt very clean. The carpet looks in the photos like it may have pre-dated our man Roosevelt but in person it appeared brand new.

It is an older place but neat and clean. Simple and economical. Fit our needs very well. I especially appreciated having a mini fridge, microwave and rainfall showerhead in the room.

Even though motel is old, Room was very clean and smelled nice. They upgraded refrigerator and TV. Bed was very comfortable.

It is a older motel near the train tracks but it was very clean and we were comfortable. You hear the train but its not really that bad.The owner very friendly and has lots or recommendations for things to do and see.

Appreciated the kindness and pride the front desk guy took in sharing about the special natural features in the area. Place was clean and perfect being very affordable for what we needed as a quick stay on our road trip. I brought ear plugs for the train noise after reading other reviews, so no problem there.

A nice place to stay! We were traveling through New Mexico and stopped in Grants for a night's rest. Check in was easy and front desk person was super friendly. The room was small but very clean. We will definitely stay here again!
