This was an apartment building with a hotel room. It was a nice sized room and suited our needs well for the weekend. So if you want a great price on a decent room this is the place to go. But if you are looking for all the amenities of a typical Hotel you might want to look elsewhere.

Near the Path station to take you to NYC. Short walk to the water & wonderful view of NY skyline. Good restaurants & bars close by. Safe neighborhood.

The apartment (and it is a small apartment, rather than a room) was very nice. It is on the 21st floor, overlooking Greene Street, Sussex Street and Grand Street. Very large windows offer plenty of natural light into the living area. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen has a large refrigerator (not a mini), as well as a dishwasher, stove and microwave. We did not use any of those facilities other than the refrigerator, which was cold and nice. Double closets with some hangers, and a four drawer dresser, meant excellent storage room for our clothes. The location can't be beat, two short blocks from the Hudson and less than 5 minutes from the Exchange place PATH or ferries, both of which will take you quickly to the City. My only complaint is that the bed was not comfortable enough for my bothersome back. It was way to soft and it pretty much moved every time the other person took a deep breath. Many people, however, won't be bothered by it. Communication could also have been better; there were no instructions for things like the TV, pool area (never did visit that, didn't know where it was) and how to leave the room upon checking out. A bottle opener and corkscrew would be a nice addition to the kitchen - be sure to bring your own if you need them. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The stay was great, I would do it again. 20-25 min train ride to the city wasn't bad at all. The Studio apartment was roomy for four people. (2 Adults / 2 kids). Planning on booking another trip for the fall.

This is in a apartment complex so dont expect any hotel like amenities and service. I was informed prior to my arrival that I had to checkin before 6:00 pm, but I could not seem to get a confirmation on what to do if I had showed up late (luckily I checked in just before 6pm). The front door of the apt was a bit tricky to open with the keys (also couldn't get any body on the phone for help) For the right price I would stay here again, but keeping in mind there is a lack of service.

It was confusing to pull up to a condo called 70 Green when I was looking for a Hotel called Luxy, The staff at the front desk were polite and quickly confirmed that I was booked there sense the owner had dropped off a key and gave them instructions earlier. All in all it went smooth , just a bit confusing to start.

This is NOT a hotel...it is an apartment building. Location was excellent for our visit to Jersey City. I sent an email to the contact requesting a check-in earlier than 3pm, NEVER received a response. On day of arrival, I phoned both the private phone number given and the 800 number given on the confirmation letter. NEVER received a response.Went to the building not really knowing if we would be able to get in or not...A VERY rude concierge was the only person there. She phoned the contact, I suppose the apartment owner, and did give us a key. However, we could not get in until later in the day. When we returned, at 5:00, the room was ready. The room was clean. Also, there was a very little bit of ice in the freezer and it was filthy! I would not use it in my water!! There was a Queen size bed AND another full size bed which took up most of the space in the living area.We could hear through the HVAC registers a dog barking quite loudly. At about 10 pm we smelled something burning. We checked everything in the unit and found no sign of smoke or burning. We realized that the smell was burnt popcorn once again coming through the HVAC registers!! There is no phone in the room and no connection to the concierge or anyone in charge at night. Also, the remote control for the TV did not work properly and there was no front desk to call for new batteries! We would stay here again as the location is perfect - very close to our kids' Condo, but the unit was NOT worth the money.

The building is in a great location and its not any typical hotel. There are people on the lobby, not to help any residents/guest. Any questions, have to keep calling the customer services and after lunch there are no one to be found. Initially, the room was dirty and had to wait an hour to check in... no coffee or tea...just the maker. No info on surrounding areas and I have never got the WiFi to work. Need better management and lot work. Only think the room is nice, with kitchenette and on the high rise...can be done lot better :( kind of disappointed!!!

Might be good for long term where you bring all your food and other items. But for night or two nothing in the room. Very expensive cleaning fee on top of rental fee.

This room was very dirty. Dishwasher full with dirty cups and pans. Coffee machine full of old coffee. Under the beds was lot of dirt. Location is great, but need to have room cleaned between guests.

Eier kunne meddele at hun hadde mistet nøklene. Ifølge vakten hadde lignende episoder sjedd flere ganger. Vi ble derfor nødt til å ordne annen overnatting og fikk dermed ikke benyttet oss av tjenesten som vi har betalt for. Dette ser unektelig ut som svindel!!
