⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The first person I want to recognize is KIM, the manager. Her leadership is obvious the moment you walk through the door. She made our family feel genuinely welcome and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. KIM has created an atmosphere where guests feel like more than just a room number. She is professional, caring, and clearly takes pride in both her hotel and her staff. I also want to recognize Sheena and Chade at the front desk. They were some of the friendliest hotel employees we have ever met. They took time to talk with us, made our children feel special, and treated us like family. Our kids looked forward to seeing them every day. They handed out candy, invited us to a cookout, and served hot dogs and hamburgers while making everyone feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about the guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day before heading out. The location is another huge plus. It’s only a few minutes from some great all-you-can-eat crab leg restaurants and about 30 minutes from Topsail Beach, making it a convenient place for a family vacation.

Rooms were clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. The ladies were very good about restocking it when it ran out and they were really sweet. Definitely one of my most positive hotel stays. Would stay here again if I am in the area again in the future
