We stayed in the Precipice rom, which was large and beautiful in a beautiful inn. The location of the Inn, was perfect, on a quiet street, but we could walk everywhere downtown. The breakfast was delivered daily with an excellent selection. We would go back.

What a perfect location, walkable to everything in town and 10 min to Acadia. Our room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend! Oh and the blueberry pancakes, and scones are killer.

The property was a perfect location for visiting Bar Harbor. Located in town, we were able to walk to the harbor and to restaurants. The staff were helpful in suggesting good places to eat. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mosley Cottage Inn in Bar Harbor! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. After spending the evening walking around the charming town, it was such a treat to come back to warm cookies and coffee waiting in the lobby. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made our stay special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Mosley Inn to anyone visiting Bar Harbor. It was the perfect home base for our Maine adventure!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Moseley Cottage and Inn. Our room was very spacious and clean. The homemade breakfast was exceptional! We loved the variety in choices. Parking was readily available, and we loved the fresh baked cookies in the lobby every afternoon. Downtown Bar Harbor was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is so convenient to downtow and the water. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of our room. It was spotless every day. The staff were wonderful. There is a Keurig in the room and also one in the lobby. The breakfast, which by the way is brought right to your room, was delicious, better tasting and better priced than anything you would find nearby. We were able to park right in front of our room. The only thing that could have been better is if there were a fan in the bathroom. The bathroom gets too wet after a shower and it makes it hard to get dressed in there.

Such a lovely location with the river/stream running right by the property. It was tucked back off the main street so it was very quiet at night. I loved my jacuzzi tub so much! Best part of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful!

We stayed an entire week and couldn’t have been happier. The staff were all amazing and gave helpful recommendations since we were first time visitors to Bar Harbor. The location was perfect for enjoying all Bar Harbor had to offer. It was a close walk but still quiet and private enough to enjoy both aspects. The food was delicious every morning and loved that it was served at our selected time right to our room. We stayed in the Precipice room. It was very roomy and enjoyable for our stay. We had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. There was plenty of parking and easily accommodated all guests.
