Pros: Great location, walking distance to the convention center, metro, restaurants, grocery stores. Secure garage parking. Well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Property owner responds quickly to questions and was able to accommodate our early check-in request. Cons: dark flooring can stain socks, wear house slippers

To New Lyfe: I absolutely loved the apt and appreciate the hospitality. Dom, I believe his name was, who checked me in/out of the property was very very nice and helpful and impressive. I apologize for the late check-out and hope the $50 was sufficient to help cover the cleaning ladies cost. Thank you for your understanding. I am actually in the process of looking for a longer term apt here in LA but until than etc I am also looking for and would be immensely grateful for an affordable short term apt and anything like the apt I stayed in would be amazing! Weekly up to a month if the price is good than 🙏🙌👍💯 let me know if you possibly can work something out with me and if not I hope to maybe stay with you guys when I visit or etc in the future! 1st time doing a non hotel for a business trip. Barron, who met me and showed me to my room, was helpful and responsive and the place had everything i needed. If i had one piece of constructive criticism, I would recommend a full size ironing board.

These high rise apartments are in a convenient location right next to the Staples Center or if you want to explore the rest of downtown Los Angeles. Our balcony had an excellent view of the skyline and the full kitchen was perfect for making meals indoors as well. Even more, free garage parking was included with the price. I would definitely recommend this location to couples or other travelers who are looking for an affordable, yet nice, location in downtown Los Angeles.

Great stay in a really good location. Very close to the action at LA live/Staples Center. We got in early and they were easy to work with so we could check in. It was much appreciated. Barron was super nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this place! I arrived into LAX way earlier than my check in time and the owner was nice enough to let me check in early. The place was in a great location, super clean, and more than enough towels :)! I would definitely stay here again!

너무 깨끗하고 안락하고 따뜻했습니다. 없는것 없고 이전 게스트들이 도네이트하고간 물건들도 좀 있는듯 했어요. 그래서 더없이 부족함 없었고 건물 어디든지 열쇠가 있어야 출입 가능해서 다운타운임에도 매우 안전했습니다. 온수풀있고 주차1대무료, 샴푸 드라이어 고데기 다리미 세탁기 식기류 전부 다있어요! 테라스에서 흡연도 가능했구요. 가격대비 너무 훌륭합니다. 쇼파도 엄청 커서 거의 침대로 쓸수 있을거같아요. 세명정도까지 충분히 가능할거같아요. 쿨한 호스트가 직접 안내해주고 이번 여행 마지막 숙소였는데 너무너무 기분좋게 여행 마무리 할수 있었습니다 매우매우 추천하고싶어요.
