This condominium complex is stunning, lush, and tropical. Massive ponds with big koi fish and numerous uninvited mallard ducks. There are numerous amazing features, including waterfalls, streams, a lagoon pool, and a lagoon hot tub. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool or hot tub, but we could have reserved it because we were extra secure, so we did not. During these time limits, the gym and game rooms are closed. I heartily recommend staying here, however, remember that because each residence is privately owned, each unit can vary in quality, price, and location. Do your research about exactly where the unit is located. Be aware that there is another annex to the property next door, you want to remain in the main area with the lagoon pool.

The hotel is so close to the beach, in my opinion. The location was very strategic as it is close to the port and the beach, with some amazing amenities. This hotel does not have a gate so you should not have to close your windows or patio since you want your children to run around in the yard and disturb other guests security has to be called at least twice. It's a problem for me because the kids were so loud, especially at night, with this noisy young kids, our condo balcony, the view, the pool and the green. I can feel that every single night around, just the two of the young kids were screaming to each other and there is a pool around the house so can be heard from the inside of the room.

We stayed in do. It was so amazing! Just a few steps from the beach and the ocean, on the boardwalk or we can watch on her window about the exciting fun things going on. The room was fantastic. A little fireplace, an amazing deck where we can watch the waves. My bedroom I could open the window and hear just the sound of the ocean. In fact we stayed an extra night. We never wanted to leave. And we will definitely return next year. The pool and hot tub were fantastic the coy fish and the grounds were beautifully maintained.

The view is stunning. The beach, pier, and restaurants are all within a short distance of the complex. The bathroom should be updated. With the exception of a cooler, the bed was comfy. Once the pool closes at 10 a.m., the complex is very calm, and there are occasional pleasant sounds from the shore at night, but these are minor. This is not the place to be if you're searching for an updated beachy condo, it is dated and a little worn out. More California Beach than gulf coast is depicted on the wall art. Overall, we had a good time and would think about renting 203 once more.
