The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The space was a bit smaller than we thought, but we just basically slept and showered there only and spent most of the day out. It served the purpose of our trip.

Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly.

Happy with everything, except we were unable to watch Tv when we were in the room, which was very little because too many accounts were logged on. Everything else was spot on, very close to everything, and in a safe location.

Perfect location. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. It’s a typical New York sized apartment but it slept all 5 of my family comfortably. Price was perfect given the location!

Honestly I would stay here again , location is EVERYTHING in NYC and this location is pretty much perfect . You’re between broadway and 5th ave! About a 10 or 15 minute walk to Times Square. You also have the 34 st herald square subway station a couple of blocks away for easy access to anywhere in the city! It’s a really small apartment room but honestly that’s expected in NYC. The only thing I will say is that I really do recommend they get new towels, that’s my only complaint. Towels were all really smelly even the ones I requested clean, maybe they should switch to white towels that they could drown in bleach like hotels do? Other than that excellent property.

Overall the room was good. It’s in a great location to easily access Times Square, the subway and restaurants. The other really great thing about this place is they will store your luggage so that if you arrive before you can check in, you can at least drop your luggage off. They also allow you to store your luggage after checkout ($5 per bag) so that if you still want to do some sightseeing before you leave You don’t have to haul your luggage around. The check in process was very easy and fast. The only downsides are that even though the room can sleep 6-8 people there is really not much space for luggage. We were a party of five and we had to be creative about where to put our suitcases and when to open our suitcases. We were all having to step around each other. The apartment is clean, but it could use some updating and it could use some more shelves just so there is a place to put your phone while charging and your every day use items. Please note that this is an apartment not a hotel. If you want fresh towels, you will need to go to the laundromat in the building and wash your towels. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room. Very clean and nice snd very cute. I left my license in the room accidentally and they very quickly contacted me to let me know. We left our luggage there for the day and they put it inbthe picket of one of our luggage pieces andcsent a picture to let me know. I was panicked when i realized i didnt have it, so i appreciated it. Easy check-in. GREAT communication and instructions. Great location. I cantvsay enough. I will definitely stay here again!

I was with my family for a weekend, and staying here was the best thing we did, it's close to everything, you can walk to the Empire State, to the Summit to Times Square, it's close to everything, the girl at the reception super friendly and the apartment very clean, it had everything you could need.
