The Oasis Guest House is lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located on a quiet residential street. I walked around Back Bay and to Kenmore Square, and Fenway Park. Stores, restaurants, and public transportation are all nearby. There were many breakfast options including fresh breads and pastries, cereals, and eggs. I am a gluten-free vegetarian and enjoyed a leisurley breakfast each morning that kept me going until the afternoon- fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, granola, nuts, juice and coffee. I am fine with stairs and enjoy the charm of older buildings. Please note that there is no elevator. This was my second stay and I enjoyed it just as much as on my first visit last year. The staff is very patient and helpful.

The Oasis Guest House is a charming hotel. It is in an old brown stone building and has kept the old Boston look. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was basic but cute. In the morning they have a nice continental breakfast. Also there is parking behind the building for a very reasonable rate. We were able to walk to the House of Blues in 10 minutes (Fenway Park) also the Prudential is quite close. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Had such a lovely time this past weekend. Room was very clean, and property is in a quieter part of town, so it's not super loud at night. Parking is limited, but not too bad getting into with a smaller vehicle. Even with the compact size of Boston, I was easily able to walk between the the NE Aquarium and MFA!

Very clean feeling like home hotel. Shared bathroom was not a problem, I never had to wait. Everything is sparkling clean. Good location near subway, on a very quiet street. Amenities are very basic, but for this room price it is not fair to complain.

Great location, safe area super walkable. Staff was very friendly. Easy instructions to follow. It almost felt like at was staying at someone’s cozy house. I stayed there 3 night in one of the shared bathroom rooms and I never had an issue with it being occupied when needed and it was always clean. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable bed for the night in a beautifully appointed quant bed and breakfast. The staff did an amazing job with a warm, friendly greeting upon every encounter. Don’t let the rule book that accompanies your reservation put you off. This place is worth your time to consider for less expensive option for a stay near everything.
