The property had just opened after the winter season. We had mechanical issues with our first room, but the staff went out of their way to quickly make things right. The new room was very good and resolved any issues. I can not compliment the staff more highly. Plenty of lounge areas throughout the lodge.

The cabin needed a really good clean. Dinner at the restaurant was a disaster, however, the lovely Sadie, helped make it better. Thanks again, Sadie. Location, spot on. Cabins, great rustic touch.

Everyone was great and the place was the perfect Yellowstone experience. Our only comment- we signed up for 11am check out, had the do not disturb sign on the door, and housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 am. And she had the information on her clip board that we were to checkout at 11. Not the right exit feeling.

Hyggelig personale, enkelt å parkere, koselig hytte! Veldig bra beliggenhet rett ved siden av Old Faithful.

The room was lovely, clean and set a tone appropriate for the park. The staff was excellent. Our major complaint was that the restaurant was expensive and the coffee shop charged

The hotel was excellent. They even lent us a wheelchair for the day. The lobby was nice and the 24 hour food store was a great idea. Would be great if there were better signage when driving into the Old Faithful area as it is confusing at first and hard to find the Snow Lodge, especially the front entrance with handicap parking and an accessible entrance.
