Room was very nice. Nice towels comfy bed excellent view. Shower was perfect, hot has you like! Very clean inside the room. Outside building needs maintenance. Breakfast was just okay. Would have like fresh foods instead of packaged. Tv remote didn’t work. I would stay there again in that room!

All was good, rooms were clean and a very quiet. Slept well. Only issue, was breakfast, the tables and floors were dirty. And we got there right at 7am, at the opening of breakfast being served. it had food crumbs on floors and most of the tables weren't clean. Microwave was dirty, dried-up cheese or food stains in microwave.

Our stay was a very good one because Jessica a staff member. There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night. So because of Jessica our stay at Pagosa Lodge was great for the 5 humans and our pet!!

Extremely comfortable bed with choice of pillow firmness, soft for me, resulted in a good night's rest. Waking to a postcard view - serene lake, white swan gliding nearby, line of ducks swimming farther away, a hot air balloon floating in front of the beautiful mountain range - was a wonderful, peaceful start to the day!

Pretty good all around. My room was in a building that was older and I think under renovation. Ground floor, facing the “lake” (I.e. retention pond). Loved the sliding door leading out to the lake. Room was older and worn, but clean and safe. Mostly quiet but could hear traffic on the road near by and could hear people walking around and talking above us. WiFi didn’t work (could connect but never asked for a password, and never had connection to the internet), which is tough because cellular data isn’t strong here. Looked like a lot of the property is under renovation so other building might be better. Very happy that they accept pets, doggo loved the “lake”

A great and comfortable stay. From the outside the place looks a little run down but is fine once you get inside. They do not have breakfast per their listing so call and check before you book. They say there is WiFi in the rooms but I couldn’t connect and when I could nothing would load and I would get disconnected again. You have to stay in the lobby to have any reliable WiFi.

Breakfast was a total disappointment, coffee cold and you have to ask staff for everything because there is nothing available. We are happy to hear they are remodeling the hotel, hopefully we go back to see the finished work, we got a lake view and we enjoyed the view.

Hotel is under renovations but all was well. room was clean cont. Breakfast was Good supply of items , might need to think about bigger Coffee Pot. check in and check out was easy. Like the fact they are pet friendly
