Amazing stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

The room was great, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The hosts did not repond to messages through the expedia platform. Once I was able to contact them several days after my orginal request for early check-in I was told we would be notified when our room was ready if early check-in was possible otherwise check-in is at 4pm. We arrived to the property at 4pm and still had not received check-in instructions. Called the company and then 35minutes post check in time, was sent check-in information.

Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The room was clean overall. The sliding door didn’t close all the way unless we forced it. We didn’t know that immediately and a gecko got in the first day. Not a big deal, I just had chase it out. The A/C was loud and the temp would stay constant so it would kick on and off constantly. There was a delay with messaging and we didn’t get out checkin codes when we should have.

Property: The room it self was clean. However the property itself was not. Only one elevator worked in the building. It’s regular housing apartments so people who actually live there will be in-n-out of the building (not a big deal though) Check in: The check in was horrible. Not only do they not respond to Expedia DMs, I never got the building info. I had to call them while I was in front of the building asking for it. Also when I arrived the entrance door was locked via a code that I did not have nor was ever mentioned. The person who I spoke to was very helpful. And quick to act. Parking: Though there is open parking all around the building it’s limited to what’s available at the time. People live there so it fills up quick. And once it’s filled you have no where to park. There’s a gated parking lot across the building that’s for the residence however you can only go in there if you have a key card which of course you don’t have. Verdict: Not the worse property, but there’s a reason they don’t show pictures of nothing besides the room it’s self. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.

Room was clean but the commutation wasn't great, the parking lot and road are covered in potholes that are super eager to destroy your cars suspension, the place itself was falling apart, only one elevator worked... Barely. We witnessed a group of adolescents running from cops with masks on then going into our building. Not worth the cost when I found better for cheaper the night before. Oh and forgot hot showers, ice, or parking.
