A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $14.00 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit.)
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
AMENITIES ALERT: Effective January 16, 2026, resort guests will no longer have access to The Roundhouse Resort Recreation Center, including the pool, hot tub and fitness center.
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made
Please note that the credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in. The name on the reservation also must match the name of the guest checking in. If the guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in. Failure to provide valid payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note: The minimum age for check-in is 21 years of age. Please note that the resort does not offer daily maid service. For weekly stays the resort will provide one midweek cleaning. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
