This clean, lovely hotel was a delightful discovery just steps from Broadway’s TKTS booth. The decor is beautifully maintained and reflects its 1925 history. We will look forward to our next visit.

It was spotless, and comfortable. I loved the old building and the convenient location. We had a coffee maker that had a cracked pot and they were so nice to bring us a new one immediately. The staff was extremely polite and they insisted on helping me down the few steps with my luggage from the door to the sidewalk upon leaving. Would happily stay there again.

The only place I will get in NYC. You get a very decent size room for NY, with a table and chairs, an almost unheard of kitchen with oven, microwave, full refrigerator. Bag storage before and after check-in is free, laundry is free (after 10pm). Quiet too, no loud A/C and minimal street noise, for NYC. I almost got some other places but most similarly prices places you just get a bed. Oh, an NO 'facility/convenience fees' such as an extra $20-$40 per night for international calls and use of common areas, etc. Get his place, you won't be disappointed.

the host and the hotel staff were friendly and we got to check in early! the room was clean and it was not too noisey at night or in the morning, considering it's New York. we were also a block away from Times Square and close to the subway station as well. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

We really loved the property. Excellent location, clean rooms, kitchen fully equipped with everything a family needs. There was no interaction with HK staff as we did not require HK service , for room was already fully supplied. The person who checked us in was professional , helpful and polite, as well the bellman who stored our bags. Again we did not communicate with other front desk staff members because we were mostly outside enjoying the city. When we come back, we will surly use Radio City Apartment for our stay. Thank you

Second time in a year that I have stayed here. Stayed in Penthouse A this time. Very clean. Front desk staff always available and helpful. Nice to have 1-bedroom with a separate living room. Fridge is convenient for breakfast or leftovers. Strong air conditioning. Can’t beat the hotel location for access to the subway, shows, and an easy walk to Central Park.

We stayed in the NYC area for 3 weeks, and planned to hop hotels in different boroughs. We stayed here for four days and loved this property so much we ended up cancelling our last leg at a different hotel so we could come back here for our last few days. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, location is super close to Times Square, broadway, Central Park, and a good subway station without all the foot traffic. Rooms are really big given New York standards and having the kitchen and a table was so amazing for our long stay. All of this for the price we paid was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
