The staff was very friendly and helpful nicest motel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed 4 nights it was great. Breakfast was good. Except they had the same thing all week. Maybe guests don’t stay as long as we did. But we still enjoyed the stay

We had a wonderful stay at Santa’s Lodge! The Santa-themed decor made the entire property feel fun and festive, and our family especially loved both pools—they were clean and a great place to relax after a day at Holiday World. One of our favorite surprises was the fishing, which was peaceful and a hit with the kids. The staff was friendly, and the lodge was very family-friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

This little lodge is the PERFECT place to rest your tired feet after a long day at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari! The location is ideal, the daily breakfast is delicious (although, it is the same couple options every day - not much variety - but my daughter loved the waffle maker), and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Our only complaint was that the rooms didn't have mini fridges or microwaves. This was not a deal-breaker for us, since we really only slept in the room and spent all day at the parks, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time - we wouldn't have stocked up on drinks before we arrived. But the staff was wonderful and kept our drinks in the refrigerator at the front desk - so, it was only a minor inconvenience. The decor and atmosphere were perfect though and I would definitely stay there again! Next time, I would just bring my own little cooler and fill it from the ice machine to keep items cold.

If you love Christmas, you'll love this lodge! It really puts you in the holiday spirit. My grandson especially loved the fishing pond, and we all had a great time in the arcade. The lodge is a bit dated, and the beds weren't very comfortable, but the friendly staff and the great breakfast helped make up for it. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially if you're looking for a festive atmosphere.

Going in knowing the age of the lodge I knew what to expect. It’s a lodge not a luxury hotel. But the staff was lovely and the food was hot and the pool was fun for the kids. The fat Santa restaurant nearby was a good restaurant for dinner when everyone was hungry and tired.

According to the website the had zip line and Trampling they didn't have neither one of those things but other than that it was a really good place to stay. They had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was really nice and amazing and helpful. They had a really good indoor and outdoor pool their hot tub was amazing. They do have a little pond that you can fish catch and release.

Very cute old fashioned lodge within walking distance of Holiday World. Definitely 90s Christmas vibes! Great for families, good indoor and outdoor pool, free breakfast was tasty. Don’t forget to check out the big pond in the back and the kids playground in the side lot.

My son and I went for a quick trip to Holiday world and decided at the last minute to book a room. I booked through the app and somehow the date got changed for the next day. While trying to resolve with customer service I decided to just go in and speak with the staff. She was so kind and I explained what had happened and that CS was trying to call. I showed her the conversation and she was able to switch my accommodation to that night. The rooms were very nice but lacks a mini fridge.The decor for the lobby is amazing! It literally feels like you are in a cabin at Christmas time. Breakfast was good, although I wish they would have had oatmeal as a choice but nevertheless it was good. I highly recommend staying. It was worth it.

I was with a group, so didn’t do activities. Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My breakfast was good. I saw many people enjoying making waffles. It’s definitely a family-friendly place. Because there’s no elevator in the building we were in, I requested a 1st floor room, and it was great, and convenient.
