Lots of room! Very nice property. Close to restaurants and Disney. 192 is easy to use but at certain times of day takes a long time due to heavy traffic. Osceola Parkway is definitely the way to travel but it requires a toll. The hot tub/spa requires an additional daily charge for them to turn on the heat. It was still warm enough during the day so we did not pay extra for it.

Communication was good and answered my concerns. The AC kept going out and we always had to make sure the temperature is down. It doesn’t stay at the same temp. It’s automatically goes to 80 and Florida temp is hot! The cleanliness of the property needs to improve. You can see hair in the bathroom from prior guests and they fixed something on the wall but left the dust on the floor. Overall the place is nice and comfortable

Overall the stay was great. The electric in the game room was off and they didn’t fix it till two days later. However they did allow us to check out at a later time. The house was clean and spacious! Would come back again!

House was new and nice. Only thing we didnt like was they charge you per day for pool heat which is ok, but its a 4 day minimum.

Decor and space was A1. Biggest disappointment was 1 out 8 TVs we were able to work; wifi password given didn't work; floors were not very clean upon arrival; ACO need to make communication more accessible.

I didn't take pictures as I thought it was a good price, even though the home we were assigned was in poor condition. The carpets were stained everywhere, the dining room table had areas severely damaged (and covered by a pretty cutting board), the chairs were stained, and the beds were super uncomfortable (and squeaked badly). The worst part was that the home had german roaches. We kept all food (snacks) in the fridge so the bugs could not get to it. Was disappointed but the pool made up for it in my mind. I was completely shocked when we got a bill for stained towels, sheets, and pillowcases. I'm sorry but there is no way we stained all that was listed. We left in the am to go to a conference and came back to use the pool and sleep. If you go here - make sure you take LOTS of PICTURES when you arrive. I did not and cannot prove we did not do this.

Aco vacation resort requires copy of license and credit card with permission to charge whatever they wanted. I didn’t like that. Expedia said not to share that info but they requested it.

The house is beautiful and although the neighborhood is under construction it didnt bother us much. what we didnt care for was the lack of action taken when we let the management know that the house was dirty, had a broken ac unit, and had trash from prior tenants. They never sent anyone to clean it or do repairs but they did make sure to charge us almost $200 cleaning fee that is required of everyone.

The house doesn't look anything like the pictures. It is run down had numerous things broken through out the the house. It needs alot of repair. We were charged for broken items that were broke before our checkin. ACO homes has yet to answer my e-mail.

It has been a list of issues from this home ! Let’s start with food all over the walls , trash all around the home , dirty towels left from previous party that cleaners left and charged me after I reported the issues and yet still no answer! The ac downstairs did not work and kept going out , food stains in rugs along with bleach stains . Bathroom stools broken , food in kids room on the steps and bed . The list goes on I communicated the issues so that it would not come to this point and this company still has yet to respond and today I find a new charge for issues before my stay! I do not recommend especially after we spent lots of money on a place for the holidays !

Minor issues followed by poor customer service equals a 1-Star experience. One bedroom had bed sheets soiled with some disgusting, unknown substance. DVD players were not installed and missing cables to hook them up. So much for movie night! The unit was missing trash cans, and despite being promised they would be delivered, they weren’t. Nothing like lugging trash down the streeet to a nasty dumpster while on vacation. What’s worse, after leaving we received a nearly $70 bill for leaving the grill dirty (simply meaning we used it). Funny, because despite having a grill they provide no grill brush or utensils. Cesar, responded to me pointing out the irony of them charging me for something so petty while they fell short of basic standards by telling me to contact customer service, those weren’t his issues. In a well run company he would ask someone to address those issues, not ignore them. Not surprisingly, after 5 call attempts “customer service,” who despite acknowledging they didn’t provide any means of cleaning the grill, state their contract requires it to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the contract doesn’t require them to honor their obligations, it only serves to fleece customers. Most expensive 6 hotdogs and 5 brats I’ve ever cooked! Clearly, they use this type of tactic as a revenue stream. Given so many great options in the Disney area, don’t hassle with trying to pack grill tools and an arsenal of audio/video cables. There are far better options than ACO
