This is the second time staying at this property for myself and husband. We chose it again this year, after staying last year, due to its location and the space on offer for our stay. It was exactly as we remembered. It was clean and well presented with everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the canals, beach, bars and restaurants. It says that the parking space is for a compact car but we had a Nissan Rogue that fitted fine. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine left for us, just a shame we didn’t get around to drinking it. If we are in the area again in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable and clean. Great walkable location. Easy check in and check out. Parking spot more suitable for smaller compact or mid size cars but we backed a large Durango in spot carefully.

Within walking distance to so many things but also reserves the spot for a vehicle if needed. It’s about 1/2 mile away from Venice beach. Lots of food places within walking distance. Also within walking/jogging distance to the Santa Monica Pier (about 2 miles). Lots of shops and things around to do. The a/c thermostat is hard to use if you are not familiar with the a Google nest. But the place is clean and offers wifi, Roku tv with multiple platforms, a comfy bed and a shower with great water pressure.

La casa è migliorabile ma comunque ok per 3 giorni. La doccia ha un solo getto che ogni volta ti fa allagare il bagno. In cucina manca uno scolino per i piatti bagnati Lo staff non ci ha fatto trovare la lavatrice nonostante ci avesse detto che sarebbe arrivata la signora delle pulizie a ripararla.

If facilities were working it would be much higher rated but AC was out for our 4 night stay and the room got very humid. The WiFi was also spotty and the tv only connected via the Internet. Cons- small room, bit rough around the edges, facilities out of order Pros- lovely location on Venice canals, comfortable bed.

The room smelled real strong of air freshener. The floors were sticky. The couch and chairs were cheep and uncomfortable. The heat would turn itself up real hot several times a day. The bed was great( reason for the 2 stars)

Absolutely horrible experience, sewerage coming out of the shower basin, no sink to wash dishes, no working air conditioner, no way to contact the owner easily. Was resolved in the end but still smelt like feces all night, left after one night. Do not believe the reviews, it's not a good place with a tone deaf owner
