It was great because it held all nine of our family members for a great price. It was just off of the Green Line Trolley was just steps away. Everything was in working condition.

Overall, my stay at Spacious Hotels in New Orleans was amazing. The place is very spacious and private with a lot of room for activity. I think the only thing we wish we could have had access to was the roof top Jacuzzi. Other than that, some speakers in the living room & kitchen area would have been nice. This is definitely my new getaway spot.

Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and other home amenities. It was a group of 8 women and the location was perfect. Property manager, Artur, was very polite and helpful.

Did not like the smell of the cleaning products used when first walking in- the place was comfortable but there were loose tiles and broken drawers in upstairs bathroom-good location/ wish we could have checked in early or at least be able to drop our luggage off since we arrived early

The size of the property was great. The master bedroom, although it DIDNT have s king size bed was nice. I did not like being able to hear everything from the neighbors in the master suite. There’s a door in the master suite that is connected to the next condo and, at times, it seemed as if the neighbors were on their way in the room. There’s only one tv in one of the rooms but it doesn’t work. Communication for check-in and questions was aweful. Overall, I liked the property just because of the space and bedrooms. The downsides to the property wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

The condo was very nice, lots of space and convenient. But the condition of the floors in the condo are a real negative. There is nice tile but the tile work is awful, the grout is gone and the tiles move. Fixing that and doing a few little other things to complete the condo would make it 5 stars.

This was an overnight stay for my family of 8, leaving out the following day for a 7 day cruise out of New Orleans. Upon our arrival, we found some damage in the unit which we contacted the vendor and submitted photos for verification! Pro of the condo: Pictures on the site are reflective of how the condo actually looks; 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was nice for accommodations of 8 people; trolley system available for transportation to and from The French Quarter. Cons: Neighborhood (although we didn’t have any issues walking through the neighborhood to get to the trolley); no parking available onsite (although parking is available on the street at a first come first serve basis); poor access due to construction (new onsite construction impeding access to entry of the condo with our luggage). All in all, it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The overall experience was great. The location was good, the ease to get into the condo was great, the condo itself looked really nice. There were a few things that weren’t exactly right. When we booked this condo we did so because it said there is a king sized bed and there was not. All the beds are no larger than queen sized beds. We had a tall friend in the group and this made it uncomfortable for him. Also the door for the bathroom downstairs would not close. The door jam didn’t have a place for the lock. Very weird. The WiFi went out for an entire evening, so that was bad for the ones that were staying behind to rest. Overall though the place was nice and would probably stay here again.

Condo was described as having a King size bed, no king size bed was in any of the rooms, especially master. The wall outlets had no power going to any of them, therefore you couldn’t watch TV. But, it was spacious for our group. It was surface clean, floors needed more attention for a $130.00 Cleaning fee. Would stay again but would appreciate being upfront about the miscellaneous things before I decide to spend my money.
