This hotel and this hotel are very convenient, I really like this hotel. This is very clean and the room is very comfortable. The staff here is very pleasant and easy to check in and out. I will stay here again.

After a few days of staying at the hotel, my room had not been cleaned. I heard some people out in the hallway and saw a man I learned his name is ron Jones pushing a cart and I asked him who I needed to talk to to get my room cleaned. He said that I needed to schedule it with the reception. A few minutes later he returned and informed me that he had spoken with the housekeeping woman and she would come and clean it. Ron came and cleaned all linens and towels, and then Jeanette maison came and apologized for not cleaning my room earlier but she didn't make it on her list. Ron came and removed all linens and towels, and then Jeanette came and apologized for not cleaning my room earlier but it wasn't on her list. I really appreciated their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond. They could just have said they would report to their supervisor and move on. I called their supervisor, james delano, to let him know how pleased I was with ron and jeanette service.

Since sheratons was converted to marriott, the rooms have undergone minor renovations, but the air conditioning does not sound like a helicopter. You can pick up additional hangers, I suppose, but the thing to hang them on is narrow and small, which unpacks nothing because there are no dresser drawers and, hey, no luggage rack to put your wheelie on. My underwear is spread out on the second bed for the housekeepers to admire. The alarm clock is set to go off at 4 a. I. There are plenty of outlets to plug things in, but the one desk chair is for those 63 or taller, otherwise your legs dangle it is actually a bar stool, and the other chair in the corner was designed for looks and not comfort. Of course, marriott only offers the second most popular soft drinks. Of course, Exstarwoods are all too familiar with all of this by now, and remembering their Henry Adams the world grew cheap, as worlds must.

The lack of soundproofing in the room contributed a lot to the poor rating of this trip. The hotel location is ideal as it was close to most of the tourist attractions we wanted to explore and we could walk to the convention center in less than 30 minutes, which was fine. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which was a major reason the rating wasn't slightly lower for this stay. One night, we ordered pizza for our team, but the lobby was full, so they let us use an empty banquet hall, which was definite above and beyond. The location is also excellent, as it was a short stroll from the majority of the tourist attractions we wanted to do, and we could walk to the convention center in less than 30 minutes, which was fine. The room itself gets the lower score. Noise was a significant problem, so it was difficult to sleep, and it is something to consider for future visits for an athlete who had to compete in an early morning competition. The air conditioner in the room was noisy, sounding like a popcorn popper inside it. Our room was on the side of the highway, and the sound of cars racing on the road at night was very noisy. On Saturday night, there was also a wedding, and despite being three floors beneath them, we sounded like we were in the same room as them. It was also a bit frustrating that we had to call the front
