Surf house was excellent, we can't wait to come back again in August! Rooms were exactly as advertised and very clean. One block away from the beach it's and easy walk to everything. The ladies at the front desk for our check in were incredibly friendly and had plenty of great recommendations. You can't beat this place

When I checked in, one of the staff at the front desk kept interrupting the check in process. It was frustrating, but everything else was great. It has a great location to everything on the beach.

A very cute room, well decorated and perfect for one. The bathroom sink was a little backed up, but I told the staff and they were responsive. No hair dryer in the bathroom, which I expected, as most hotels have them. Also, no extra blankets. I now it’s summer but the AC gets chilly and it’s nice to get cozy. The location was great! One block away from the ocean and the main pavilion. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I called ahead and asked for a first floor room and explained this was due to a chronic pain condition that made lots of stairs hard. I called over a week ahead. I was given a first floor room, but it was next to the pool and involved three small steps to access the area, then a step to get into my room. It worked out ok, but not what I would call a “first floor” room. I would definitely stay again and be more clear about what I mean by first floor.

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite at end of June. Very comfortable for family traveling. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was a plus for kids. Would definitely stay there again.

Best stay we have had in a while anywhere. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Room was clean and no carpets which we love! Nice big shower. Bed was comfortable. We took the cheaper room option with off site parking and it was just across the street and still very convenient. We were able to unload luggage at the door and then go park. I look forward to staying again and will definitely book here every time I can.

The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We weren't able to check in early or check out late due to the room being booked before and after our stay, but they allowed us to change in the office restroom and use the pool before our check-in time, and stay in the pool an hour past our checkout time. Pool, pool area, office, and hotel suite was all very clean. The porch of our suite had a large picnic table and two adirondack chairs and was covered, so you could dine out there even in the rain. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was convient to everything 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I will definately stay again. Rooms were super clean, staff was amazing, pool cleaned every night no complaints. Loved our stay here. Thay have rooms with kitchenettes and they have family suites like I could just go on and on also off site parking was really a minute walk across st fanominal xoxoxo
