A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $10.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit.)
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
If guests anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time) please contact the resort prior to arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
Per the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, all persons shall wear a face covering at all times. Entering or inside any are of any place of business open to the public, including but not limited to any retail business and any area of any accommodations business other than the person's designated guest accommodations unit itself; and outdoors within the boundaries of the Commercial Downtown zoning district, as delineated in the Town of Estes Park Development Code and Official Zoning Map. This Ordinance is effective through June 10, 2020, unless extended or terminated.
Please note that the credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in. The name on the reservation also must match the name of the guest checking in. If the guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in. Failure to provide valid payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. ***Please note: This property does not have handicap accessible rooms or facilities and does not have air conditioning***. Please note that the resort does not offer daily maid service. For weekly stays the resort will provide one midweek cleaning. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Winter access to The Historic Crags Lodge will at times require a 4WD vehicle. Please check the weather conditions before arriving.
