A mandatory, non-refundable pet dog fee of USD 150.00 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for pet dogs reported at the time of check-in. An additional USD 150.00 per reservation penalty will be charged for pet dogs unreported to the front desk during the time of check-in and found in the room/suite (also known as an “Unauthorized Pet Dog Penalty Fee”).
Dogs only are permitted at this resort. A pet dog must not exceed 60 pounds or, in case of two pet dogs , they must not exceed 60 pounds in combined total weight. Height and length restrictions apply to Pet Dogs—they can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.
Effective August 1, 2026. Resort Fee: The nightly Resort Fee of $49.99 plus applicable taxes ( with 12% tax - USD 55.99) will apply and includes the following resort amenities and services: River Country Water Park access for up to the maximum occupancy of the unit Cowboy Adventure Park access* for up to the maximum occupancy of the unit Sports Court Equipment Mini-Golf Petting Farm Important Note: Reservations for Tent Campsites and all RV Sites will receive a maximum of four (4) tickets for both the Water Park and the Adventure Park. *Access excludes Cowboy Adventure Park Add-On's which are separately ticketed adventures that can be purchased directly at the resort, or pre-purchased HERE. Cowboy Adventure Park Access Add-ons that are separately ticketed adventures (subject to change at any time and without prior notice): Mechanical Bull Archery Gel Blaster Rock Climbing".
Failure to comply with any and all items stated within the dog friendly policy will result in the requirement for the guest to immediately remove any pet dog from the resort, up to and including immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A valid government‑issued photo ID is required at check-in.
Service animals are not subjected to the pet dog fee or unauthorized pet dog fee's penalty. However, service animals are subject to damage assessments under the dog friendly policy ,should they cause any damage to a room/suite. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered as service animals under applicable law and will not be recognized under this service animal policy. Emotional support dogs will be required to follow the dog friendly policy and shall be subject to any associated fees.

Non-Permitted Dog Breeds such as Great Dane, Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario and any are strictly prohibited.
Resort fees are collected separately at the property
The property accept dogs only and not any other type of animals.
