Overall this hotel is amazing. It's very beautiful, and clean, and most likely if not exclusively for business travelers. Excellent breakfast, with a touch of German food, such as pastries, while meat and cheese are served. And then, the staff was friendly, even though there's only one lift available on 6 floors, but if you need to be there on time, remember that.

Its a shame. My wife and I were returning from a business meeting on our way to the office in Germany where we faced a car issue. We called to stay over so the car could be repaired in the shop but it was a big problem and we had to prove we were business. Besides that we booked a suite but with dog as it was mentioned on application but when we arrived we could not get it because we had a small dog jack russell. We couldn't go to a larger room we only had a small room and at the time it would be 40 euros more expensive than the booked suite. Thankfully my wife started the conversation with the reception and she called 2 days to resolve it and finally we got a ok price. But one thing is for sure. I will never go back there and take another hotel in guessed. Bow electrical car charging is wrong. Only tesla can charge. Its a pity. Could be ok.

We are looking forward to our next trip! We just spent several days here with our parents and toddler, and we were so impressed by this place. The staff was so careful with the small details and made us feel at ease. We enjoyed beginning our day with their breakfast buffet, who were always greeted by their employees. When we arrived, our son even received a welcome package and a letter with a small gift. The bed was really comfy. And at meals, there was always a chair available. They knocked those small things out of the park.

A very comprehensive breakfast is included with a fantastic selection of bread and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A small lift serves all floors. Wi-Fi access is a bit temperamental. All areas of the hotel are very, very clean and well-maintained. The staff we encountered were happy to speak English.

The best western plus hotel steinsgarten was where I spent two weeks in guessed for a networking event. This is generally a lovely hotel. The personnel is really helpful, and the rooms are tidy, nice, and well-kept. There was no air conditioning when I initially stayed. Although the roof was being installed, I had the aircorn unit in the room. Throughout my visit, europe was experiencing an extremely heat wave that made it difficult to sleep at night due to the 30 degree days and nothing below 27 degrees at night. To my relief, two days before my departure, I was informed that the air conditioning was now functioning, and I was given the remote control for the unit in my room. On their website, free parking is promoted! I don't think so because when I checked out on the last day of my stay at this hotel, I was charged for parking each day I stayed. So the free parking listing on this website is misleading. The breakfast buffet is good, but after two weeks, it became a bit monotonous as the selection did not change at all. The meal is excellent, but the restaurant is closed on Sundays. If you plan to stay here, request a room with a city view, i. E. The back of the hotel, in the direction of Ludwigsplatzcongresshalle. On weekends and public holidays, the frat house tenants get drunk,
