a. Location
Located in East Jakarta and this house consists of 2 floors with the division on the 1st floor for rooms and on the 2nd floor there is a beautiful balcony of 200m2 which is comfortable enough to chat or enjoy the sunset or other activities. Located in the Abadi complex which is quite quiet and has land ample parking for up to 10 cars. To maintain friendly relations with neighbors, we will close the balcony at 21.00. All activities after 21.00 are carried out downstairs until 22.30.
b. Room Sharing
There are 9 rooms with the following arrangement:
7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with twin size 120 beds for 2 people. a total of 14 people
2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom 160 queen size bed for 1 person. total 2 people
There is 1 outside bathroom on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor a balcony area
The maximum number of guests staying is 16 people
c. Other Facilities
Don't worry about staying long because this house is equipped with:
Kitchen with gas stove and cooking utensils as well as 1 fridge, 1microwave and 2 drinking water dispensers.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area in the backyard
PROPERTY POLICY
a. Deposits
A deposit of IDR 500,000.00 is required which must be paid to the account of the owner of BCA Bagus Indrajaya 010 228 0308, which is 2 days prior to arrival on the date of the order. Include the name of the orderer and the date of the order on the news when transferring. The deposit will be returned H+3 after check out and reduced by the cost of damage or loss. Please confirm to admin 0878 7695 5792 for deposit payments.
b. Resident Criteria
This house can only be rented by family groups, company groups, or campus/university groups. Couples from a family group must show a marriage book/marriage card/KTP with the same address/family card of husband and wife upon arrival. Company group guests are required to show employee cards upon arrival. Guests from campuses or universities must show a student ID upon arrival. Activities other than staying overnight can be done as long as it doesn't cause noise with the neighbors. For the use of activities to consult with us first.
c. Availability of CCTV
CCTV is available in outside areas such as parking lots and rooftops as well as in various corners of the room except in the bedroom so that things that cause noise, violations of legal norms or moral norms will be monitored.
d. Number of Stays
This house is only for 16 guests. If guests exceed 16 people, we will refuse guests to enter the property unless the number of guests is adjusted to 16 people, and if they are not willing, the funds that have been paid cannot be returned.
e. Additional Capacity
Adding 9 guests to 25 people can be done at an additional cost of IDR 500,000.00. Please contact admin at 0878 7695 5792 for further information.
f. Closing Rooftop and Cessation of Activities downstairs
Rooftop will be closed at 21.00. All activities on the rooftop must be stopped and moved downstairs. All activities that are crowded on the lower floor must be stopped at 22.30.
g. Prohibited Activities
It is prohibited to carry out activities that have the potential to cause noise, or violate the norms of decency and legal norms. For such violations, guests may be kicked out of the house without a refund at any time.
