As soon as we got to the hotel, the kind employees bring our luggage to our room. In addition to the wonderful rooms, this area's onset water and hot spring bath was among the nicest I've ever encountered in Japan. The hotel's premium lounge with snacks and beverages also provided me with a more relaxing and enjoyable time during my visit. Last but not least, I was also very happy that the employees made arrangements for me to have a beef-free meal, which I had requested prior to the hotel's arrival. For my upcoming trip to Hokkaido, I will without a doubt stay at this hotel.

The service is attentive, the only drawback, I think, is the quality of the meal, it can be improved. All in all, a pleasant stay. I stayed at 129, room number 414, for 2 nights, and we were given a half board deal for celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. We had a private room and a birthday cake. I would definitely come back here again.

When we arrived, warm towels were provided. Our usual Japanese room was large. Our private entrance has a bathroom. However, if I ever return, I'd choose a room with no private entrance to save money because the public bath at hotels is excellent. Best entrance of our entire 14-day stay. The bath has 2 levels. The indoor and outdoor pools are on the first level. The view is breathtaking! Upstairs are 2 sauna rooms and 3 more pools. The water is brown and smooths your skin. The public entrance face wash, mask, and other beauty products are excellent. My favourite of them all. Breakfast and dinner are part of the package. It's good, just that it was the same for the 2 days we stayed. The bus also arranged transportation for the nearby San Sebastian Festival for a small fee. They also assisted us in arranging a taxi for our early travel to Hikari.

Stunningly made, with touches of art throughout the halls, lobby, and rooms. It offers wonderful amenities and restaurants, as well as a karaoke bar and a foot in the cafe. To use the facilities, make sure you arrive as soon as possible.

This hot spring hotel facing the Tachi River is possibly the best in East Hokkaido's resource-rich region, and it stands up to its many rivals. Our compact tour group was warmly greeted with hand towels, and our modernized Javanese style room, which they hold a few, was expeditiously delivered. The River was in our room, which was pleasant, but the tatami rooms opposite us had excellent views of the trees beyond. The buffet breakfast dining area was pleasant, you didn't experience the squeezy, hurried atmosphere of some busy tourist hotels, and the staff was helpful. One of our visitors came down late, and the staff patiently waited for her to finish her meal despite it being past closing time. The beginning of our overnight stay was the highlight. It offers a beautiful outdoor bath with a jacuzzi corner. A another jacuzzi bath, a cold water bath, and the best of all, an aromatherapy steam room, which unfortunately isn't open till late in the morning, is one level up. My only complaint is that there isn't enough moisturizing and styling products in the dressing area after showering, with only one face gel on the counter which is the saddest of all the ones I've visited. On this measure, the hotel can certainly do better than that. The send off was
