I highly recommend this hotel. The service was very impressive. The food was tasty and the hotel was neat. The gym facilities were also great, and the employee were kind and considerate of my requests.

It was a really excellent vacation. One of the most wonderful vacations I've ever had by far, by far the best kids-friendly hotels. On the way to the hotel, I noticed it, took my phone out, and began recording it, I assumed it was a palace, but I discovered it was our hotel, so wonderful and stunning. When we got off the bus, they greeted us, brought our bags in, and checked us in. We all stated that we would not be going back home when we got to the hotel, which was only based on the reception, a sweet fountain, and a fun entertainment screen full of vibrant colors. They took us to the beautiful rooms, which were excellent with an abundance of options and a fantastic meal. The staff was very, very attentive, and would be pleased to make it for us if we requested something that wasn't there. Everything about the facility was wonderful. We visited the theme park, swam with dolphins, and enjoyed the all-day night entertainment.

We made a lunchtime reservation and received our apartment information and key. The five of us had no issues because the apartment was spotless. Although it wasn't quite as spotless as I would have liked, the bathroom had an odd odor. Especially Ali, the kiddos' entertainment team was fantastic at involving the kids and bringing up the fun on the beach. Despite the fire show, which I found to be quite dangerous because a few of the homemade Tin Foil Fire Empowerments made of, the evenings entertainment was amateur but pleasant. It was fine to have some variety if you enjoy chicken, fish, rice, and potatoes. It's not difficult to locate a sunbed. There were still beds available at times when we didn't go rocking until early at night. I was anticipating a disappointing or terrible hotel after reading some of the reviews on this site. That's not what I found. Despite language barriers, the staff made an incredibly strong effort to assist us with any issue. However, keep an eye out at the Turkish spa. Although it is lovely and well worth the initial visit, they will attempt to warn you that you have medical problems that can be resolved by medical massages, etc. Don't be fooled, they engage everyone in this way. During my stay here for 4 nights, I was in the convention centre on the grounds. The kaya is quite acceptable for a small stay if you don't stay at the far superior kaya palace next door. The hotel itself is big in proportion, the rooms are big, and the outdoor pool facilities are large. Everything about it is very antiquated, with a retro feel. Sitting by the pool all you hear is dance music played to get you through the day of exercise classes, not relaxing if you are on your own. I think it's okay if you buy a cheap package that costs less than eur 200 all inclusive and you have children with you. It is a mistake for business because I can get charged almost eur 300 per night, which is exorbitantly overpriced at this level.

This hotel staff is amazing they kept us entertained throughout the day to do different activities and were constantly trying to interact with everyone. Especially the staff called Surabur who helped us very well and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The most affluent part of an hour and a half from the airport is if you take the Tui coach. A taxi takes approximately 40 minutes and costs about 730 Turkish Lira. Its a predominantly German clientele, so much so that hotel staff always greet you in German. The hotel feels spacious inside and very corporate. We got off to a bad start. The hotel front desk receptionist is not staffed by people who like to smile or welcome. We had an issue with our rooms not being ready and then being handed keys that didn't work. Lets just say that the amazon front desk wasn't nice to us. There is, however, a lot to like. The rooms are a good size, the front has a view of the ocean and the back is overlooking the park. We got to the latter. The same is not true for the refuse collectors who arrived just after am each day. The outdoor pool is fantastic and there is also an indoor pool. A few classes take place at dinner, but this is usually a lovely relaxed hotel. A big plus is the proximity to the beach. The guys in the pool bar can and omr deserve a special mention. Very friendly, great service and great cocktails! At the sea breeze cafe, entertainment takes place. The beach is a great alternative for lunch. Usually, the sea is really calm in the morning

I stayed here with my wife for a week of golf. The hotel offers great value for money. The staff was incredibly pleasant and attentive while providing excellent service. German from guest relations was very informative and helpful, immediately answering any queries or finding a solution when necessary. The food was also excellent, and Busca and her colleagues were so friendly. Other hotels in the area may be fresher, but kaya has all the amenities you need and I have no idea how close it is to quality or friendliness of service.

My first visit to Turkey. I wanted to come because I had read excellent reports about Turkish golf courses. I wasnt let down. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of golf's core. There are many top-notch courses to choose from. The Kempinski has a white sand beach at the back door and a top-notch golf complex with two stunning courses at the front. It runs adjacent to Turkey's natalya Golf Club. A free shuttle service connects the hotel to the golf course, which is just a three-minute drive away. The lodging was fantastic. An allinclusive five-star. Excellent decor, spotless, and roomy. The accommodations are spacious and nicely furnished. When we were there, it was a little slow during the off-season, but we had an amazing time in the excellent employees. The food was excellent. When we returned from the golf course, the beach bar and restaurant are excellent for lunch and our main gathering. We gathered in the excellent piano bar on the hotels main hall in the evenings. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. Nothing I could criticize. I am already excited for returning next year, and Ill make another reservation as soon as the solos begin a solo vacation sale.

3 months ago we had our first experience staying in this hotel for adults only. So pleased we booked the second trip starting September 28th. The staff is really friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Tip ask for a room with a view of the sea. Rods, Edward.

It's a great place. The spa and massage facilities are excellent, with a lot of food, and a nice place to sit and have a drink or tea. It's not a bad setting, which may be ideal for golfers. The pool is big and the fitness is more than adequate.

You won't be hungry, the cuisine is delicious, and there is so much variety, and the kitchen and waiters are both skilled. Apart from the occasional one or two people,alladnan, the cocktail man was very pleasant and humble, as was the nice and happy lady at the pool bar. In the reception bar, I found the rest of the personnel unhappy and rude, only happy when you tip? They appeared to think it was rude to serve the germans before the British? Even though you were waiting before they arrived at the bar. I suspect they do not particularly like the British but prefer the Germans. The pool clean and well-maintained accommodations are not ideal to be objective and in poor condition. Upon arrival, I had to upgrade because of the poor hygiene and the size of the rooms. The expense of the 289 price was not worth it. Not at all, we only had one additional bedroom. One more thing, don't purchase sun lotion online. A little bottle costs Euros! I inquired the gentleman in the shop if that was correct? He replied yes, I couldn't believe it. On the way out, he said whatever astonishing! Rude man, you must learn some manners! Only a German will be my next visit! Probably get served a bit more rapidly!.

This is definitely the most amazing hotel ever. The wonderful ladies in red were especially pleasant and interesting to meet in the restaurant and in Israel at the putter bar. The friendliness and helpfulness went above and beyond what I have ever been given elsewhere. The deserts were even better, and the food was always generous and varied. After a round of golf, the beach bar's food and drinks were also a fantastic spot to relax. I can't wait to return to what is without a doubt my favorite hotel ever. I want to thank everyone who worked for me, they were fantastic.

This hotel was fantastic! It's the first time I've been on a vacation where the pictures appear to be identical to the actual experience. Since it was the end of the season, it was quieter than we anticipated, yet all facilities were still operational. If you want to unwind, this is the place, and I expect more ambiance when it's busier. There were numerous options for meals and beverages, including some fantastic cocktails. It was impossible to feel hungry because everything tasted fresh! During our stay, we visited two restaurants that cost an additional 10 euros each visit. This was worth the money and the food was fantastic! Thanks to the pool bar staff, who went above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful! The hotel wasn't too large and it was simple to get to the beach. The pools were fantastic, with three options to choose from. We never had to worry about staying in the sun longer and frequently had the pool to ourselves. There are a few of the spa facilities included, so we had the sauna and steam rooms free of charge. The hotel's photography service, which wasn't well promoted, we contacted at the reception. This was an additional charge but provided us with amazing memories. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. We provided modest tips for excellent service, but it was never anticipated. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard every day. My second visit here. Excellent position and only a 5-minute walk from the Land of Legends. The hotel is incredibly reasonable in terms of value. The rooms are great, very clean, and the personnel are excellent. There isn't anything too much to give them. Also, we appreciate that we arrived very early before check-in time and had no issue with the room's readiness. A particular thanks goes out to Nadir, Nurullah, and the results. Very much appreciated. I'll undoubtedly return soon.

We stayed at sunswimupvilla. In the bar, which is located in the middle of the villa, the barman agile prepares delicious cocktails. Additionally, there is a lovely private breakfast. Nice music, delicious snacks, and an ideal atmosphere for a family vacation.
