Room : clean, spacious, bed is comfy but pillow is a bit high they need to change the kind of the pillow other than that is was super, since it was a new hotel Bathroom : is nice , clean , spacious.. the hot water come and go not stable so it need to be fixed , it’s not a big deal but it’ll be nice if it was stable.. Hotels: breakfast was good, the front desk is nice just took a little while for the check in. But while waiting the employee offer us if want to drink. The employee in this hotel was super and nice the house keeping that cleans my room she’s so nice and helpful. And much more Kadir and selim (hopefully I write their name right) but those two is really helpful from the first day I stayed there , they always helped with my needs . Thank you Kadir and selim we will be meeting soon again ..

It was convenient for our purpose and had excellent service. The coffee shop and the bar that comes with the 24-hour coffee shop are great. It has an amazing atmosphere and atmosphere that you just can't get out of. I think I'd have enjoyed my day better if I had had a better breakfast option. It's difficult to eat the same breakfast every day while I'm there for five nights.

The hotel was fantastic, it is clean, the service is excellent, the staff is fluent in english, very rare in Turkey!, breakfast is a buffet with a lot of options. The location is very central, next to the metro station and all kinds of amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my week's stay there.

The hotel overall condition and quality of the room is not as expected. I can say it is normal, the lift is horrible and very late for going down and up, the location is perfect, the ac is good and the room really have a nice climate, but the general quality of amenities and furniture is not as good as modern hotels like old style, lobby is small, good for those looking for shopping and central location, service and nice family gathered

I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Istanbul. I was thrilled that we only stayed for one night and was prepared to be dissatisfied with this hotel after reading some of the reviews online. I was in the wrong place! The location was excellent, the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tastefully furnished and peaceful, the beds were quite comfortable, and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a great value for the money and I will definitely stay there again.

All the employees were very helpful and kind. Hotel is also so close to metro or shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be near the center of the event, it can reach many locations very quickly by metro or taxi.

I always preferred acting hotels for either work or pleasure stays. I stayed for 8 nights because this was my first leisure stay in Istanbul. The hotel was tranquil and in a pleasant location. Worth more than 5 stars. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, particularly my. Mahmoud at the front desk made my stay special, and he always smiles to assist. Im grateful to him for helping me with seamless bookings to Cappadocia and airport transfers. The bookings were outstanding and hassle-free. The warmth and helpfulness he displayed made me more loyal to actor hotels. Bravo to him. The rest of the team was also professional and friendly. The hotel was quiet and in a lovely setting.

In a charming little family run establishment in a beautifully vibrant and touristfree neighborhood, with excellent metro service to takumi and historical districts. The nearest metro station leant is an interesting 20 minute walk from the hotel along a bustling commercial street that offers a slice of Istanbul life youll not get in historical districts handed over to tourism. Excellent, townhome food in the area served on steam tray cafeteria style. Lots of shopping if thats what youre looking for. Excellent hotel wifi. The staff is very amateurish and friendly. If you get into the spirit of it, youll enjoy your stay here as much as I did. Congratulations.
