It Dust says no to:
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, vapes.... in the apartment, loggia/balcony (smoking will trigger the apartment fire alarm). We will charge an additional 300,000 VND for deodorization if you smoke.
- Using the grill in the apartment.

You can cook, but please help us clean the dishes, pots and pans. In case you are too busy to clean, we will charge an additional 50,000 VND for a room for 2 people and 100,000 VND for a room for 3 people or more.

Please provide a photo of your passport or ID card when checking in as this is a government regulation.

Please do not use the storage items in some labeled drawers. It Dust will charge an additional fee corresponding to the cost of extra guests (150,000 VND/person).

When you cook or eat dishes with strong odors such as curry, jackfruit,... please turn on the hood, open the balcony door and close the bedroom door. Thank you for your understanding!
