Everything at this hotel was great in every way. They had services such as free shuttle multiples times a day to both old town and the beach. The drivers were great and we got some good recomendations from the driver Koi who was very nice. The hotel was clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We got the pleasure to have Jessi as our host and it was great. She helped us with everything. We also had the opportunity to contact her on whatsapp which we thought was great! Anytime we had questions or needed help she answered within minutes. She came with good recommendations for activies, shopping and restaurants. She was simply amazing and the hotel was great! Would recommend this hotel for everyone that is planning to stay in Hoi An

This boutique was absolutely gorgeous. It was the first hotel we stayed in in Vietnam and my daughter was in love! It was conveniently located and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. This hotel set the bar for all of my other stays in Vietnam. If you are going to Hoi An, stay here, you will not regret it. I will be back!!!

Kathy, was excellent and was always available to help with any questions. The team spoke English well which helped us for some of the activities that we had planned. Often I think would I stay here again or recommend the hotel to family or friends… the answer is Yes. We had a suite which was well appointed.

Very nice hotel with 2 pools. Staff is very helpful, Amy was very sweet. Liked breakfast and comfortable beds, nice and quiet at night time. Free shuttles to old town and the beach. Breakfasts had lots of choices. Overall the best hotel we stayed in Da Nang area in my opinion.

The hotel had an elegant feel to it. The staff was very helpful, especially Ame at reception. The service in the dining room was attentive. I also enjoyed the indigenous entertainment in the dining room in the evening is. The woman performing used traditional Vietnamese instruments to generate a soothe and calming vibe. The breakfast was quite extensive and covered a number of different palates. I tried their Cau Lau At lunch one day and found it to be very satisfying. The hotel provided complementary van transport to and from Old Town as well as to An Bang Beach. Overall a great place to stay and a great value!

The hotel was probably one of the best I have stayed in and it's the staff that made it that special. From the moment we arrived, they took cafe of our ever needs. The breakfast was just exceptional. Fresh Vietnamese and international food every day, including live bars. They even made you any coffee you wanted every day. Special shout to Ame and Jessie who were at our beck and call every day. I've never met a more caring staff. The hotel arranged everything for you. I won't ever stay anywhere else when in Hoi An and you shouldn't as well. Jusg exceptional. Thank you Grand Sunrise Palace, we will miss you.

Flawless stay! We loved the room and facilities especially the choice of two pools. Very peaceful experience on the hotel site including bicycle hire, rooftop bar and a retreat from the warmth in cool air-conditioned rooms. Good location for exploring the old town and beach with easy and quick transfers provided. Particular highlight was the excellent service provided by staff, particularly Jessi and Ame who were both very helpful and friendly, and really made our stay. Thank you both!!

Ich schreibe selten Rezessionen, aber ich bin lange nicht mehr von einem Hotelaufenthalt so angetan gewesen. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit im Grand Sunrise. Hier ist der Kunde/Gast noch König. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und durch den vom Hotel angebotenen (gratis) Shuttle zum Strand und in die Altstadt ist auch der ruhiger gelegene Standort eher als positiv zu betrachten. Danke auch an Ame und Kathy, die hier täglich im Umgang mit den Hotelgästen einen ganz tollen Job machen! Wir würden Grand Sunrise jeder Zeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

I am very impressed with everything this hotel has to offer, location is perfect. The staff, especially our sweet Kathy who took care of us like Queens. Breakfast is outstanding, coffee yummy … the rooms are very clean and beds are very cozy! OK … maybe the rooster outside was annoying at first but then he made me giggle. Such is life in this sweet town.

Beyond The Beautiful surroundings, wonderful room, pools, breakfast, it was the team, Cathy went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and support me with my husbands birthday. Our stay at the Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is quite new (around two years old) and it truly shows. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Some of the best sleep we had during our entire trip. We were warmly welcomed by Amy and Luna, who were both exceptional. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations, including an excellent tailor in Hoi An and fun activities to do in the area, which made our stay even more special. We stayed for four nights, and breakfast quickly became my husband’s favorite part of the trip. The selection was fantastic, fresh, and delicious every single morning. It was clear a lot of care goes into it. On one of the hottest days, relaxing by the pool was an absolute treat. The staff was always nearby, bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable without ever being intrusive. The level of attentiveness and kindness from the entire team truly stood out. Overall, this hotel made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. Wonderful staff, beautiful and clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

A hotel is just a hotel especially one far away from a fave destination - old town. However, the reception supervisor Lily made a difference to the stay and was the source of customer delight. Keep up the good work! The first inkling I had of the effort put in was the number of hours the staff worked.
