==APARTMENT RULES==
1. Please present your passport with a valid immigration visa upon check-in.
2. Please do not leave any stains on the towels (e.g. blood, tattoo ink, food stains, cigarette butts, ...) if you violate the fine of 5$/piece.
3. Please do not put food on the bed, spill food on the bed sheet, non-washable dirt (eg blood, tattoo ink, food stains, cigarette butts, ...) if violation fine 100 $ / the set.
4. Please turn off the power when not in use.
5. Keep the house clean, if you violate, you will be fined from 10 $ -25 $.
6. Do not change or move furniture in the room or from room to room. In case property, furniture in the room is lost or damaged due to subjective reasons, you will have to compensate 100% of the value.
7. Do not gamble in any form and Do not bring guns, explosives, toxic substances, drugs into the apartment. If detected, you will have to pay 250 $ and you must be fully responsible before the law of Vietnam.
8. Do not cause public disorder, make noise, play music past 11 o'clock at night. Violations will be fined 5,000,000 VND.
9. Check-in time from 14h00 and check-out before 12h00. Late arrivals will be subject to an additional surcharge. In case of need, please contact us via hotline.
10. Before leaving the apartment, please pay all bills and return all room keys + card from the elevator to us. Thank you for choosing & have a nice day.
